I was so cheerful & pleasant to the 2 women (teens) working the drive thru. They had the personalities of a rock. They weren’t rude per se, unless you consider not engaging with me as rude. I was not impressed and will think twice about visiting this Wendy’s again. After all, there are plenty of fast food joints close to Wendy’s.

Don’t go here expecting fresh food, the 2 for 6 deal, customer service, or anything decent. These people were sour and frankly made it to where I will not be coming back. The food is clearly stale and old, and again they didn’t honor the deal they advertise on national TV. So don’t go here, go anywhere else, the Taco Bell across the street has a nicer staff and better service. This place needs to honestly restaff and start over, no one here is decent or even half way nice or good at their job frankly.

The manager is very two-faced , had an appointment scheduled online for an interview because it says online they are urgently hiring and walk in and don’t even get an interview, get told it’s a computer error and sometimes management posts that they need to hire when they aren’t actually hiring, left and turned around and called the store to ask if they are hiring and got told they are hiring and asked if I wanted to submit my application in online to schedule an interview , this place is an absolute joke. Filing a complaint with corporate.

Wendy’s has a great frosty and there burgers are fresh and delicious. I like the doubles and I like trying the new items, but I love there chili it’s like what my mom would make add a bacon cheese burger and to me that is a meal .service is great and they are fast when you are on a time limit and or budget. So try it out for yourself and enjoy it.

I’ve been coming to this wendys for a few years now. At first nothing special. But lately I would say the last 8 months, the customer service has been great. Most of the time you will get a friendly voice thru drive thru. I dont go out to eat very often do to poor service, poor food and a hit to the wallet. But its nice to find a place where there just so friendly. Thanks and some of us appreciate you.

I went through the drive thru and I ordered 2 jbcheese burgers plain only ketchup and lettuce a large strawberry Frosty with mango pineapple syrup drizzled inside with a 10 nuggets and 3 cheese burgers (on the menu they were .89 cents) also plain only ketchup and lettuce. I had to correct the speaker multiple times because he had the order wrong so when he gave me the total he was irritated. I drove to the window and corrected the order again he had rung me up for 3 jbcheese burgers and no cheese burgers a large pineapple mango lemonade a large strawberry Frosty and 10 nuggets. He had the two drinks in his hand so I told him that’s not what I wanted he then gave me the drinks and took off the lemonade. He added a small amount of mango pineapple syrup to the top of the Frosty and told me he couldn’t sell any cheese burgers because his system won’t allow him to ring them up so he had only 3 jr bacon cheese burgers…. I told him that the menu had .89 cents on it and he said that’s wrong… that’s false advertising. He then gave me the order I asked for more of the mango Pineapple syrup and the burgers had mayo on them no receipt was giving to me thanks God I paid with my phone.
