I like 2 Jr. Deluxe cheeseburgers and this Wendy’s has been pretty consistent & good. However, today both of the buns were hard, stale, and cold maybe check your food before you drive off so you’re not paying a lot for old food.

Hi! Recently my family and I went to eat at this location, and although the food maintains its same flavor, nothing about the experience sits right with us. We ate outside on the patio, which is not the issue, and as we were eating a few of the employees ventured outside on their breaks (probably). They began to smoke (Marijuana by the smell) and didn’t bother to give us any space. We don’t particularly enjoy the smell of weed whilst we eat and believe this should be something done farther away from customers, as not everyone is comfortable with the smell while eating. Please take this complaint with hefty consideration and a grain of salt. Thank you.

And you don’t get the proper size meal so it’s just kind of hard to us get a good impression of how good they really are so whether that. Night staff is great. I have gone to this Wendy’s many times, the experience has always been very mild and boring, but today was different. I usually order through the drive through, and when at the window I noticed the awful smell of the employees within the establishment. The skunk like smell is sure to be weed or a cigar of some sort, I don’t believe it is appropriate to incorporate or tolerate smoking near the workplace when customers are near. It is especially discomforting when this has happened before and nothing was done about the matter. Food shouldn’t be handled around such smells, and though the employee activities aren’t my business, the quality and state of the food we pay for is.

Ordered there ghost fries and they were awful. The sauce they put on soaked into the fries. Quite some time ago, Wendy’s did something similar where they’re fries were spicy. This was nothing like that. I’m so disappointed in Wendy’s.

The staff is fast friendly and courteous. In all the times we ate there, my order got messed up once. It processed through the app but did not arrive as an order to the store. No problem, they took the order off my phone and had it ready in minutes.

Worst Wendy’s… on top of the staff standing looking at the walls being about as useful as a can opener when you have no canned food. Their kiosk is extremely unresponsive and places orders wrong. Just looking at the guy at the register, I gave up on trying to correct the order. So check it they charge more $ then what’s stated on the menu so like the 4 for 4 is 5$ the 5 dollar box is 7$ and so on. Not sure what’s going on there but then again I eat a lot of psychedelics and that might be the issue.

Ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit, hot honey chicken biscuit meal, and sausage egg and cheese biscuit meal. Got the two meals just fine. But instead of the bacon egg and cheese biscuit, they gave us a sausage egg and cheese croissant. We were already in the freeway before we realized. I have worked fast food for 30 years. It isn’t hard to get an order correct. It is difficult to get a sandwich completely wrong. We were charged correctly, they just gave the wrong sandwich. Kid just said his egg doesn’t taste right, and refuses to eat the sandwich. Ok, that was a deal breaker. No more Wendy’s breakfast. This was frustrating.

I was just in here and two of the sweetest kids ever waited on my husband and myself. It says host: Grayden and cashier: Peyton on my receipt. At any rate it was a young woman with blonde hair and the young man was about the same age. Whatever Wendy’s is paying them, it isn’t enough because it is really hard to find cheerful, pleasant, helpful, and gracious young people who want to work in the service industry. These two were absolutely The Best. Gives me hope for humanity.
