It’s a Wendy’s. Pretty cut and dry. Although it is the only fast food restaurant I will personally eat at. They always get my order correct and I’m a pretty picky person so I give them laurels for that. Always busy around meal times but food is always hot and scrumptious. Well run store and the staff are usually pretty friendly.

Order was wrong but they fixed it. Staff is usually friendly depending whose working. The floors usually need cleaned but they keep up on the tables pretty well. This is a super busy Wendy’s and I’m proud of them lately for getting people through quicker!

So rude for no reason, overheard someone asking about their order and it’s status, the employee states “I don’t know, once it’s done I have no control over it”. Coming from someone who’s worked the food industry for 5+ years, this felt like a pathetic response. Later on another employee went on to tell a little girl not to put her hands on the railing that divides the food waiting line, she’s a little girl she doesn’t know any better, as well as it really shouldn’t be the employees job to tell a little girl what to do, ESPECIALLY when her father was right next to her, she wasn’t damaging anything and had no reason to be told to stop. Not to mention every time I come here it is a very very long wait, undertrained staff, and worst of all, a rude manager, wouldn’t be surprised if everyone currently working here is fired in the next 6 months or less.

We got our drive through order and the fries were HORRENDOUS! Cold and old. We called just to let them know. They offered a free refill but that’s not the point. We’d have to go back then the burger gets cold. The point is DONT SERVE OLD FRIES.

They were rude when I was trying to order and when I wasn’t finish went ahead and gave me my total without asking if that was all. Then gave us our items and proceed to judged us by talking about us because they forgot they left the window open in drive thru. They also left a feather on my fiancés food.

Stopped by for a quick bite. Drive through was backed up so we went inside. Counter also had a line. Decided the food must be good so we waited in line. The manager did a very good job keeping everything moving with a smile. The wait wasn’t to long and soon we were on our way. Order was correct. Good job Wendy’s. Nice change from the current norm for fast food

Excellent stop over, fantastic set up, friendly people manning the counter. We were starving so everything looked good but it tasted great as well! Hooray for Wendy’s! The burgers were fresh, the fries were hot and the peach lemonade (special promotion) was just out of this world! One of only 11 Wendy’s in the entire state!
