Came to grab a double cheeseburger meal for a late lunch around 3:00 pm at the drive thru. Very fast friendly service. Order was made fresh. What I like about Wendy’s is that the meat is real meat, hot and fresh. The baconator is a great choice as well. The fries were a little too salty and could have been hot and fresher . Overall, I have been coming to Wendy’s for years & will still continue To come. And as usual , don’t forget your frosty!

So we went to the Kuna Wendy’s Sunday 5/28 we were very disappointed. We ordered with the kiosk as we stood there a few minutes no assistance or acknowledgement. Then it took another 12-15 min for our food. The girl had made our burger because I heard her tell one of the workers it was there..he walked in a circle then says oh I got a car in drive through and never prepared our tray. Then continued to stand around after he took said drive through order. Finally 2/3 other workers appeared from back. They prepared the door dash order that was before us then ours. Our burgers and fries were cold. I had to ask for our drink cups. We watched the drive through line go fast and get served while we just stood and waited. It was very disappointing unfriendly service. The restaurant was also not clean at all food crumbs and fries on floor. Walks, windows dirty and the soda machine looked like it hadn’t been wiped down in a week. Very sad for a newer place in Kuna.

Only at the Kuna location do I receive a small Chili in my bag to go, when I have ordered the large to go. This has happened several times. I will now require my receipt and check the bag before leaving the window. I never have this issue at the meridian location.

Food was just as I expect. I was trying to relax and enjoy my drink , but I was totally offended by the staff dropping the F bomb so many times. I know it’s hard to get people to work , but please help them understand that the customer service is where you get repetitive business.

If i was rating wendys on giving me exactly what i didn’t ask for i’d give them a 5/5. you ask for mayo, the give you ketchup, you ask for plain sandwich, they give you one with everything on it, but don’t worry, they’ll give you the receipt with all the correct things you order to prove they heard it.. they jus dgaf wha wha whaaaaaaaa

Please have your young workers pay attention and work instead of loitering around in parking lot goofing off etc. Annoying to go through drive thru and no one answer when trying to place order and then see them goofing around in parking lot as priority. I know young people now have little to no work ethic, but damn pay attention or go sit at home and play video games.
