Worst food and customer service ever. They told me to pull forward after I paid then I sat there for 20 minutes to watch all these other cars go through and get their orders. I finally went in and was totally ignored. Finally the lady came out and gave me an order. When I got home it was the wrong order!!! All I ordered was a chicken sandwich!! I ended up with a soggy drippy hamburger and cold fries!! Gross!! There weren’t even any napkins in the bag. Do not bother going to the Wendy’s in Farmington If you need something quick and or if you would like to actually get what you ordered. Worst $10 I ever spent!

Don’t waste your time. Can you give zero stars? Honestly, worst service I’ve ever had in any fast food joint. And that’s saying something. Walked in and asked the host how his day was going. The response I got was “nope.” okay rocky start, but it gets worse. When I asked for ketchup once we got our food, since the ketchup dispenser was out of ketchup, what I thought was a simple thing) “we’ll I’ll have to get you some in a minute”…… with no one else in the store….not a single person…. What needed to happen before he got me a ketchup packet? We never got our ketchup by the way. But don’t worry, the worker filled up his personal soda pop instead…. Rather go to McDonald’s…Not coming back…

I was planning on dining in but prior to ordering I used their restroom and not only was the restroom out of soap there wasn’t even a soap dispenser to speak of. It looked like it had been ripped off the wall and not replaced. So if I was unable to wash my hands I can only imagine the same applied to the employees and therefore I left without ordering. Not to mention the floors were sticky walking through the restaurant and it smelled dingy.

My daughter and I had a baked potato and taco salad ( that came with a bowl of good chili). We split both and had what was probably one of the best and healthiest ( with this year’s understanding) fast food quick meals we could have chosen my son and grandson also reported that they liked their burgers.

It won’t let me put zero stars. Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes behind 5 cars without a single car moving. Pulled out of line and decided to go inside. The inside was filthy with garbage all over the floor. The line inside was 10 people. Waited for 10 minutes with nothing moving. The only guy cooking looked like he might be a manager and he stopped cooking to come out to the lobby and lock all the doors. We asked if they were closing (it was only 7:20 pm) and he mumbled something as he walked past us. Did not even look at us when we asked him a direct question. We waited another 10 minutes with nothing moving in line and decided to go to McDonald’s.

Sub par experience. We love the new guaranteed Hot & Crispy fries. Much to our dismay when we got home, our fries were not hot or crispy. In all of my fast food experiences, I have actually never had such a sorry bunch of soggy fries like these. I am dumbfounded that they would even consider throwing these in an order. We live far enough away that it’s not worth it to spend our gas to go back for a new fry. Shame on you Farmington Wendy’s.

Overpriced to oblivion. Sure, inflation exists, but I didn’t expect to pay $11 for a sad, dry, lumpy sandwich with spongey fried chicken. The fries were decent and the drink the cashier tacked on without my permission was subpar? How, you ask? Well, I didn’t know it was a drink until I noticed my cup was bigger than usual, and luckily I got my drink in before a lady coughed all over the machine. The touchscreen was hard to press as well.
