Unfortunately, this location has almost Never gotten the order right and is almost always missing something. This time was no exception, and they managed to forget the chicken in the sandwich. I was smart enough to count my items before leaving the drive-through area, but I didn’t think to open the sandwiches… Incredibly disappointed, again.

Never the same anymore, and I wouldn’t ever eat their burgers or chicken. Maybe the nuggets but nothing else. Only thing they have going is the frostys and fries if they are hot and fresh, otherwise they are Done. And all these deadbeat employees make the experience definitely worse. They lost their touch, and nobody I know asked for Wendy’s anymore………

The ladies at this Wendy’s are very nice! I asked for just a burger with no combo (I don’t like drinking soda), and when I picked up my food, the lady offered me a water. I know this is a small gesture but the thought was very sweet!

I tried redeeming my *FREE* reward sandwich on July 8th at this location and they were unavailable for online orders. No biggie, I take my code in to redeem it and the scanner is down. Not only did I have to pay for my free sandwich, now I can’t find my reward so I’m out 2 sandwiches now. Awful experience, the manager didn’t even offer to give me my sandwich free even though I had my code. Do not come here, my experience was awful.

For me, I just can’t get a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger through the drive-through at this location for some reason. It’s on the board that I ordered it, but I always get some other burger that I didn’t order and I’m almost home when I figure it out. This has happened to me 3 times in the past month. I can’t go back and complain because then you will have nasty things in your food.

Update: so i try again this morning I make sure they are open according to Google , I even walked up to the door and see the hours say 7:30 a.m. . I try to open the door and it’s completely locked . So I go around get in my car in attempt to go to the drive-thru . The worker who I can assume was the manager, A shorter maybe native ameri can young woman. , I have to give credit where credit is due she took my order rather quickly and got me out of there . I don’t know what it is with places not wanting to have their dining room open , but at the end of the day that’s me just nitpicking . So I have to give them a little better score LOL …

The girl taking my order was rushing me and kept saying “anything else” before I was even finished saying what I wanted. They ended up not giving me the sauce for my nuggets at all even though I asked for two and my baked potato order was wrong as well. I didn’t have time to go back as I’m on lunch so very disappointing. If you’re going to rush people when ordering, at least get it correct. Just my opinion.
