My daughter and I had a great experience. The restaurant is new with a nice modern feel and very clean. It has a very nice patio and we are looking forward to eating out there when it is warmer. We went Dec 26th (after a long morning of painting a living room) for a quick lunch to-go and there were several cars in the drive thru so we went inside. No line, went straight to the counter, the lady was very nice, friendly and helped me decide what to order for my 10 year old (we don’t normally eat at fast food places, but we are visiting from Tuscon and there is not much to choose from here). Food was ready quickly and when arriving back at the in-laws it was exactly what we ordered and what fast food should look and taste like. Thank you!

Had to use the kiosk as a manager told me she didn’t have a cashier. Thought it was a managers place to step up? I do not like ordering at the kiosk as it is harder to customize your order. And then we waited for 20 minutes for our food. The tables were dirty so I had to clean that too. Should get a discount when doing their jobs. Food was hot and fantastic.

I’ve gone here about 6 or 7 times and each time it’s great the food is actually warm and typically what we ordered, except that 1 time where they didn’t have baconator cheese or whatever at like 10pm, like only a Karen would freak out about that.

Visiting from El Paso and we were very pleased with the quality of food and customer service. The girls at the window were very polite and friendly. The drive thru line was long but it went quick. We ordered a single, double, and spicy nuggets. The food was fresh and hot. Everything was really good! Highly recommend.

My last 3 visits have been disappointing. I really wanted to like the restaurant but some of the staff are not professional at all. A little over 2 months ago I went there to order food for my son and I asked what type of shakes they have. I was told they don’t have any. I said oh I thought you did, for which the employee replied that they have never had shakes. So I said, oh, okay; I used to order their shakes all the time in Colorado. And then in a smug tone the employee said that they have “frosties” and I asked them what was the difference and a female tells the drive through attendant that “they’re thicker” and he repeats it and I say okay we will get one. Fast forward to the day before Easter Friday, my son and I go inside to order and wait over 30 minutes to get our order, in the meantime people are coming and going because no one is taking their order up front (we ordered ours on their computers inside). When we finally get our order, we have fries, a burger, and sour cream missing. I stand at the counter for what felt like ten minutes before someone asked me what I wanted and I told them. Then today I’m in the drive through at breakfast trying to order plain biscuits and seasoned potatoes. The guy asks me if I want any meat in my biscuits and I said no. Then he asked me to repeat what else I wanted and I told him the fries, he then asks a second time if I want meat in my biscuits and I said no. Then as I start to drive off, a female pipes up on the intercom and says “so you don’t want anything on your biscuits?” To which I replied for the 3rd time no. So I drive up to the window and I hear and see a burgundy red headed woman state loudly to 2 male employees “I don’t like her” and then she muttered something else. I’m pretty sure she is a manager or at least was in charge of them during her shift. I guess she is the frosty lady that piped in earlier, because I’ve never had a face to face conversation with this woman. Either way, I won’t be going there anymore. I worked at several fast food restaurants 20 years ago in Texas and I know the job can be difficult at times but there was no one in line in the drive through but me this morning and no one in the dining room so I don’t understand this level of unprofessionalism. Furthermore, this female that I have never personally met has some form of vendetta against me and the only conclusion I can come to is she was the frosty lady. Either way, this is disappointing because my son likes their bacon burgers but I guess we will be getting them from somewhere else now.
