The quality of the food and service you receive at the Wendy’s located at 400 S Boulder Hwy is always a gamble. If you’re lucky (which is rare there) your order will be hot and tasty. The service is always slower than slow (five-years experience). I’m imagine the servers are in the corner hiding and pulling straws to determine who will serve you. My last order was the worst meal I’ve ever had. The fries were cold and hard like plastic and the Baconator was terrible also. I wish I had been a code inspector that day. My meal was worse than a cold burger from an old-fashioned vending machine. I got a new order of fries, but the only way my meal could have been worse is if they spit on it.

We waited in the drive through for 20 minutes (only 2 cars in front of us). Then when I got home and opened my burger I noticed the bun was a little hard & the patty was as hard as a piece of leather..(totally burnt) I debated on driving back for a replacement or a refund but didn’t want to waste my time or gas.

Everytime I order from this place through the app I always get the wrong damn order. Who works the night shift??! Lord forgive me and I take this lightly but they have to be mentally challenged or mentally delayed to not understand someone’s order. I know what I put in and I know what I asked for. It’s not that hard at all. Y’all always mess up my orders, ALWAYS!!!!!! The burgers are always overcooked, fully loaded and a junior size, not double size. The frosty was wrong. I ordered a large strawberry frosty, not a medium chocolate frosty. The only thing y’all got correct was the fries SMH

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant in my life – and I’m 53 years old! Got to the drive through and they only take mobile orders. The person at the drive through was so condescending and flighty. Not helpful. We took 15 min for the app to download, placed the order, went through the drive thru only to be told they didn’t have what we ordered and had already paid for. They said they couldn’t get a refund there but had to get one through the app. The app said we couldn’t get a refund because the order was already processed. This system really sucks, Wendy’s. It was so much more efficient the old way!

I was extremely disappointed in Wendy’s the day I tried to eat there. A friend and I planned on having lunch at Wendy’s on a Saturday afternoon. I had a coupon for a taco salad. I love Wendy’s taco salad! We pulled into the parking lot and a man and a lady were coming out of the restaurant. A Wendy’s employee was following them out. The employee was locking the door. The man told us that the restaurant was closing because the manager was upset . He said there were no napkins or ketchup. The employee was still at the door. I knocked and he opened the door a little. I asked if the restaurant was open. He was a fairly new employee. He replied, “You would think so being a nice Saturday afternoon”. He said he would ask the manager. He came back and said, “The manager said we are closed”. He apologized for the inconvenience. He closed and locked the door. We left hungry and disappointed. I don’t know why the manager closed the restaurant except the man that we encountered in the parking lot had said “the place is a mess I will go back when I get a new taco salad coupon.

My experience was awful there were at least 5 people working in the shop and I beleave that they all had just filled in there job application and were put to work 3 minuts prior to me putting in my order. service would have been faster if they had raised the cattle for the beef and grown their own potatoes for the fries. Total Disaster

this wendys consistently tells me they are out of fries or out of burger patties its so frustrating that i have to dive further away to get the basics of what a burger restaurant should just have in case someone wanted to actually eat there quite pathetic that the bare minimum cant even be met, i work at a grocery store if we just didnt carry any food and only sold wonton wraps and windex we would be a laughing stock

Worst experience at a Wendy’s ever. The only reason I stayed to wait for my food is because it was a mobile order. We were ignored thru the drive thru. I couldn’t even tell if it was open or not. 3:30 in the afternoon! If you’ve got plenty of time to kill and nowhere to go, this is the place for you. If you want”fast” food… don’t stop in at all. I ordered 10 mins before I even got there. Word at least another 20 for the food to get done. I’ll admit, they are ALWAYS slow here, but this was the worst wait I’ve ever had, not only here but at any drive thru. BTW, I’m STILL waiting
