Wendy’s is your general all-American fast food place. The experience when you arrive and the food tastes are generally the same no matter which location you go to in the world. The RSM location service is ALWAYS good, and the employees do seem to care when taking your order to get it correctly. The taste of the food is also your general fast food level, since all locations basically taste the same you need to focus on was it Hot, Was it presented cleanly in the wrapper or box. Today, all items were done correctly.

I haven’t been to Wendy’s in a LONG time but decided to stop in since I was in the shopping center and had no time to look elsewhere for lunch. I’ve been back a few more times since then! I love the little junior burger and the small frosty that is just so tiny and adorable. I want to order the junior size frosty to see how much smaller that could possibly be. I don’t eat a lot and I like places that give me smaller options. The bacon cheeseburger was really good and perfectly sized. Not wild about the fries but they’re good enough. One order they threw in a little 4 pc nugget that I didn’t order so I tried those and they weren’t bad. I’ll definitely eat lunch here again.

11/9/22 9:20 pm ordered our items and not only was it all messed up and missing things- also all food was old/cold. Worst part this is a 36.00 swing the way whoever took the order. Don’t even have the ability to call the place and let the mgr. aware, even though he was made aware at the window. Claimed they’d adjust but he didn’t and also didn’t get a receipt. They’re fast to get their cash for disgusting old food and not give you things you paid for!! I’m more than unhappy, we will NEVER go back to this location! I want my money returned and I’m going to find out who either owns it or see if it’s a corporate store. Corporate doesn’t like franchises that use their name and quality only to treat ppl rudely. Like not even able to get through- I left my number pushed the button as urgent and 30 min. Has passed and I’ve not received a call or text. I’m disgusted that the place we’re at in this world financially all things have been hiked up and we can’t get the order right and have all things we paid for. How would the company feel if people just came through and said I think this is worth 2.00? It wouldn’t be acceptable to the company so why do the customers have to pay these kind of prices for the stores mistake? Beware this isn’t the first time with old food at this time of night and that’s no excuse! If your open then late night customers should receive the same as lunch and mid afternoon customers!!

I placed a mobile app order and PAID on the app because it forces you. Then go through the drive thru and they tried charging me at window #1. Then I said no I already paid. Then window #2 also tried to charge me a THIRD time. Like why? You see my name, you’re also saying my name. We both know the app forces you to pay. Why would I pay you again and two more times? T H I E F!!!!!

The location is tidy, the service is quick, and the staff is welcoming. They have one of those soda machines that, with the touch of a button, offers you virtually unlimited options and flavors. My encounter with the drive-through has been positive as well. The wait is never excessively long, and thus far, my orders haven’t been incorrect.

Tried the breakfast honey butter chicken biscuit for the first time because being from Texas I was really missing whataburgers version of this.. I was super disappointed and I’m not a picky eater. I’m literally a garbage disposal. I was able to still eat it, but It was very dry. Not sure where the honey or butter really was… also not sure if this is how it’s supposed to be or if whoever prepared it was a superstar employee who acts like the funding for the sauce comes from their paycheck. so my tip is order an extra side of the sauce that’s supposed to be on this and also a drink if you’re going to attempt to choke this thing down. Such a bummer.

Used to be mediocre at this location with items missing here and there, then was really good, fresh, and accurate for a couple years. Now this location has gone way down hill. Last 3 orders have been missing multiple items, as in an entire bag with 3 items missing. Tonight also missing items and all sauces and condiments for the potatoes. Then when you try to go in and explain that things are missing they tell you to go back through the huge drive thru line you just sat through. Might want to avoid this place until they can get some more staff to help.
