Went there for lunch today. I’ll be honest, since they reopened from the remodel I’ve been there 3 times. Each one was not a good experience. Missing items from drive through window the main issue. Decided to try one more time, this time I went inside. Thinking it might be a better idea. Was informed the only person who could run the register was in the bathroom, and it was “going to be a while”. I waited a reasonable amount of time, but no one made any effort to help me. I gave up and got lunch somewhere else.

Absolute worst experience at a fast food place ever. We order two chicken sandwiches and the only modification that was made was extra ghost pepper sauce on my sandwich. We checked the order after leaving the drive through to find that we had received incorrect items and my sandwich had no sauce on it and my girlfriends wasn’t a chicken sandwich but a burger. We went in and politely informed them of the mistake and asked if I could get the ghost pepper sauce on my sandwich and if my girlfriend could get the correct item. They remade the items and upon getting into the car we double checked our items my girlfriends item had been corrected but my sandwich was the same sandwich they gave me before but the cheese had been switched out from the original ghost pepper cheese and it looked like they just slapped regular yellow cheese on it. When we went back in to get the correct item a 2nd time, the employee behind the counter audibly was talking trash about my girlfriend and I and was being extremely disrespectful. I usually don’t get mad about people making mistakes in a restaurant or fast food joint but this was absolutely unacceptable, and honestly won’t be going back EVER. I would go to another location if I was reading this.

The food isnt bad, and for the most part the waits times are alright. However for the past week the wait times have been abysmal. I’m sitting here right now in the drive thru, it’s averaging 10 minutes per car. How is that even possible? I’ve worked at a Wendys not long ago and longest we ever had was 10 minutes for a single car, but then it quickly sped up to a minute per car after that. This is 10 minutes for every car..

I bought the 4 for $4 from this location for my son. After he had a couple of bites of his cheeseburger he noticed someone else’s hair inside of it! At first, i thought it may have been my son’s hair but after looking at it I could tell that it was someone else’s hair inside his cheeseburger. The color and length didn’t match mine or my son’s hair. I was incredibly upset, I called Wendy’s immediately and after speaking with the manager, the only thing she offered was a free meal during our next visit. We haven’t gone to this Wendy’s location since. I don’t recommend.

I wish they would have just saved me the trouble and told me they didn’t feel like making anything decent or edible and I could have went somewhere else. They were out of half of the menu items. The basic items I did order were half cold, half way over cooked in the microwave. Didn’t get the right drink and no receipt to just leave a survey.

I usually enjoy Wendy’s food including their salads but I was very disappointed today. I ordered a taco salad which is already expensive and got a large green salad with no tortilla chips, sour cream, or dressing. Apparently, you’re supposed to add the included chili to make it Mexican. That is a very gross idea. I would have preferred taco seasoned meat, beans, and rice with a southwest dressing like other fast foods offer. I will not be going back to Wendy’s.

I rarely go to wendys because they are over priced but i decided to go there today for a classic sausage egg and chesse sandwich and this is what i ended up with. missing the sausage. i probably wont ever go back again as this isnt the first time this has happened at this location

The baconator was great! But 17 bucks for the meal was a bit steep. If it were cheaper, this would be my go-to place for a bacon burger.
