Let me first say, I should know by now NEVER to leave a fast food joint without making sure everything was put together as ordered. However, I was charged for a combo when I didn’t order one, wanted the sandwich I ordered with Mayo and got no Mayo at all. Ordered my kiddos burger no cheese and said it more than once, still got cheese on it. Ordered to go, order came out for here. Never had this problem at Newberg Wendys before. Just irritating to get charged more money than what I even ordered for and it not be correct. Not happy

We enjoy their food, the loaded baked potato and bacon chicken avocado salad are our favorites. The food always looks and tastes fresh, everything is presentable, and the portions are good. For the most part the staff is very friendly, of course you catch some on a bad day but who doesn’t have bad days? There is one person who works there, I don’t know her name, but she is always smiling and friendly. There’s also a younger guy who works who’s very chatty and easy to talk to. It makes you feel like this place is more local rather then a national food chain. It’s the little things :). The food’s consistency is surprisingly good too and even if the line is long we never wait more than 10 minutes at most. We’ve been to a lot of different Wendy’s and this is definitely our favorite location!

extremely rude staff i came in to order a medium drink and after i ordered what i assumed was the manager rudely asked “what did u order” and kept acting like we were not welcome then she set the drink down before we could even finish the transaction sighed and walked away

Got in at around 2:30pm on a Monday to pick up the small frosty and a junior bacon with cheese. The young gentleman behind the counter was very green, but very professional and friendly, and accurate with my order. Upon opening my burger, it was perfectly made just like you would see on the commercials. I was quite impressed! And the chocolate frosty… there are no words. If you know, then you know!

Okay I gotta get on here. I’ve avoided all Wendy’s because every time I’d go the food was poor quality, cold, and honestly not good- but would go in a pinch. No matter where I went always same experience- UNTIL THIS LOCATION. The staff at this location has it ON POINT EVERY TIME. I moved to this area about a year ago and there aren’t a ton of options- this place has fed me a lot and I am grateful so I wanted to give this review!
