The service was great the food was good. The lobby was super clean and organized. The odor was neutral.. not stink or smell good. Crystal the cashier was super friendly and polite and make me (a total stranger) feel welcoming.. She should get a bonus or wages increase. If I was to rate this restaurant from 1-10 I will give it a 10. Will I come here again? Definitely.

I went to this Wendy’s after I got off work to pick up some food for my husband and myself. There was nobody in line and it was around 10:30pm. I ordered and got to the window, paid and then sat there for about 10 minutes before I got my food. My food was cold and disgusting and neither my husband nor myself ate it. It just went into the garbage. The cheese wasn’t melted on either of our sandwiches, they were cold and the fries tasted old and stale. The people working inside were not attentive and instead were more interesting in joking around with each other than serving at least edible food. Poor customer service. I usually love Wendy’s but this one is by far the worst that I have been to.

I ordered ahead with the app to “carry out” and arrived 5 minutes after my order should have been ready only to find all the doors locked. After a solid 5 minutes, I managed to walked up to the drive thru window and was told to go wait in the drive thru line. I ordered ahead to avoid sitting in a line. Additionally, despite being 9 minutes past when my order should have been ready at this point, it was another 5 before it actually was. The food itself was fine, but unless you want to spend 15-20 minutes burning gas and waiting, I would advise avoiding the Milwaukie location.

I’ve lived in the area for over 20 years so this is my local Wendy’s that I would go to. They used to be good, but they have gone downhill. Now, if you’re lucky enough for them to remember to even give you your full order, the food you get is disgusting. Fries that are so old they’re clumped together and taste like an old shoe, a burger that’s carelessly slapped together, put on a hard, stale bun and squirted with gobs of sauce.

Service is always pretty good at this location. Problem I have is the food is done super lazy and is never correct. I specifically ask for cheese sauce on my fries and I get shredded cheese. I ask for no lettuce and they take off everything but the lettuce.. overall, food is fresh but prepared wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME and people are nice.

After the order, I had to ask a question, no one addressed me or asked if I needed anything. Got our food, it’s cold. Eh, whatever. But then they failed to inform me (or any other customer today) that they’re out of normal patty’s. Went up again, and waited even longer before anyone cared to address my problem. Guaranteed, they have been giving everyone today super thin garbage patty’s in their burger, and still charging premium price. Thanks for the heads up, I would have ordered something else. Then of course, garbage attitude that they having pulling one over on WHO KNOWS how many people today, or this week? With that kind of dishonesty, I can never trust this Wendy’s again. I hope you go out of business running a place like this.

It’s not high class dining by any means but the food is pretty good if you go expecting an old fashioned burger and fries. I can’t speak for the interior but the drive-through always gets my order right but can be slow at busier times. My guilty pleasure here is a weekly baconator and a double stack or two. Quality and taste of food is very consistent.
