Served us cold food in fact the fries where not edible, very greasy and very cold. I ordered an Arnold Palmer and was told they do not have unsweetened iced tea I wonder what’s up with that? We just came from the airport inside restaurant was closed, would have been nice to be able to use the restroom wash our hands Etc.

I just went through the drive thru at 11:30 pm today. And the girl taking the headset and window had a ridiculous attitude. She rung up our order wrong first of all. We didn’t realize until we got our food. Didn’t give us a receipt. And didn’t even tell us she didn’t have straws. Why not let us know you guys are apparently “out of straws” while we’re ordering drinks? Wouldn’t that be the nice thing to do I mean….i work fast food myself I understand how stressful it can be. But that doesn’t excuse the attitude and the rudeness. Being rude or even having the slightest attitude can really ruin someone’s night as it did with mine. That’s why it’s very important to treat all of our customers with respect.

I had the worst service. From the order speaker fraught with attitude. The woman looked at us blankly when we pulled up while the man scrambled madly to get the order together. What about our lemonade? We don’t have it. Can we get some kind of beverage because we paid already. Blank stare! What do you want? Sprite. Two sprites no ice! Can we have some ice? We don’t have ice! I drove away knowing she is the reason the computer “crashed” between our arrival at the order speaker and the window.

I hate putting such a low star rate on this Wendy’s. I have to say it was kind of frustrating to receive a cold coffee after being on the road for three and a half hours to come work . Also the bathrooms were dirty granted it was just opening but since I managed the Wasilla Wendy’s and worked for them 5 years there was a certain standard that we were expected to uphold we cleaned the bathrooms in the whole store at night so that way the morning openers just had to focus on warning opening. it seems a little bit unexcusable that the bathrooms were still dirty and stinky this was my biggest takeaway from the Wendy’s in Anchorage. otherwise the manager was very nice and the employee were very nice and well cap and I appreciate that as a customer.

Worst wendy’s i’ve ever been to. Actual dogshiz. Waited 10 mins in line just to get told they won’t give mobile orders through drive thru window, have to come inside. Went inside, another 10 mins, horrible service (with the exception of one man who was in training). Experience was so bad, i’m writing a REVIEW ABOUT IT!! They need to either close down or completely rehire their entire team. so bad.

Placed a mobile order and ended up having to wait for fresh food to be made. Turned out that they were out of chili (part of my order). Only waited 10-15 minutes in the store, but one of the line managers went above and beyond to replace the item with another one of equal value. Took another 10 minutes to get the fresh order out so the same manager offered some extra menu items, which I respectfully declined. But that’s how the customer/establishment interaction should go. Just wanted to commend that gentleman for his willingness to correct the situation. I will definitely be back!

Sat in the drive thru lane for over a half hour waiting to get to the order kiosk only to be asked to wait another 15+ minutes and the guy never came back to take our order. Absolute joke of a restaraunt, we didn’t even order. Sat in a drive thru line for over 40 minutes and didn’t get any food.

This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to in my life. The place is very unclean on the inside, the staff is rude and some of them are very obviously on drugs. They have messed up my order more times then got it right. The last time I went inside was because they messed up my order and I was talking to the manager, which she then proceeded to take all of the food out of the bag and touch it with her bear hands and spread it on the counter, then told me i couldn’t get a refund because they made my food right. I then said they did not and I don’t want this food anymore anyways because you’ve touched it and spread it on the counter. She said that it was me and she never touched my food. I sat there and argued with her for like two minutes until I told her to check the cameras and then she agreed that it was her that took everything out of the bag and touched it and she still didn’t even give me a full refund.

I ordered a burger, fries and drinks. I told the staff to take off the the chicken nuggets also and she didn’t take it off. As, I got my order I was missing 1 of my fries and 1 of my burgers. Well the burger was so sloppy and looked so unpresentable. As I, got my refund the staff said some bad about me when I walk out. This business is always prepared food that was so unpleasant. I would never recommend this place again to eat.
