Bravo Tacoma! With ample seating options, friendly and well trained staff to start with, your experience as a customer is only brightened by the libations which are fresh and well curated. The experience is rounded out by a small but carefully curated menu with rotation based on seasonality and market. Typically I wait until having dined several times before reviewing but I felt it necessary to share the word about this wonderful new restaurant. I’m a (very) picky about my halibut and king salmon being Alaskan grown but my partner and I got both dishes and I couldn’t be more wowed. Not only were both filets cut, seasoned and cooked to perfection with pan crust to die for, they were dressed with just the right amount of accompaniment (love that lemon brown rice) and garnish. My partner noted that it was the best salmon tartar he’s ever had the waffle chips are a work of art, albeit a little too delicate for the dish they are best when you use a fork to scoop the weight of the avocado and salmon onto the chip in small amounts.

Everything from scratch, taste, and good variety. Menu changes constantly so they don’t post it. Expect a dinner dish to run $35-60. Pro servers, casual and creative environment. The place is a treat.

Absolutely amazing!!! I would give 10 stars if I could! It was an extraordinary gastronomic journey that exceeded my wildest expectations. From the elegant ambiance to the exceptional service and, of course, the awe-inspiring culinary creations (all dishes made from scratch-even hand made pasta!), every aspect of this dining experience was nothing short of perfection. What truly elevated my dining experience was the exceptional attention to detail. Each ingredient was thoughtfully sourced, showcasing the restaurant’s commitment to quality and flavor. The wine and the cocktails menu was also incredible, and the presentation was a work of art. I highly recommend this new restaurant to anyone seeking an unforgettable evening filled with culinary delights.

I recently went to West 122 and was blown away by their amazing cocktails and wine selection. But the real standout for me were the mushroom ravioli and smoked olives appetizers. Both were bursting with flavor and incredibly delicious. The ambiance was also top-notch, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great dining experience. Five stars all around!

First time visiting, wonderful layout and design, fast and friendly service and delicious food and drinks. Everything was very well prepared and seasoned excellently. Drinks were well balanced. The grilled octopus as a side could easily be made into a main, one of the best grilled octopus I’ve had, extremely tender and perfectly grilled. A touch of creme fraiche would’ve brought it straight to heaven. Will definitely be back!

I had an incredible experience at this Pacific Northwest style restaurant! The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making us feel right at home. We showed about 40 minutes before our reservation so we got cocktails at the bar, they know how to make a great old fashioned. The smoked olives were great. For my entree, I chose the halibut which was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. This is just the kind of place Tacoma needs.

The service was great, the wine pours were also great, and the vibe was nice. I found the menu prices to be a bit high for the overall quality of food – not saying it was bad but there are other places in town I’d probably spend $30 on ravioli is all. The salmon avocado terrine was really good and the portions are pretty generous too just wasn’t wowed based on how much we spent (~$80 for a drink, 2 shared appetizers and, an entree each)

Just GO! This is a relatively new little gem that will only get more popular, so go now. We had a lovely meal, starting with the Heirloom Tomato Carpaccio (loved the fried capers) and the extra yummy Wild Salmon Tartare. The 4 of us shared the Wedge Salad, Steak, Spaghetti and Meatballs and the Halibut….all done to perfection. Drinks were interesting and flavorful and our server Ben was personable and knew his menu well. Tacoma has another new spot that I would recommend to any foodie. Oh yes, Apple Fritter Bread pudding too….yum yum Carmel sauce on it!
