I hear they are great. I moved here 3 days ago and have tried every night after 8 pm to order something from them to have my calls ignored. Not trying anymore.

One of the city’s best kept secrets. Competitive pricing. Gourmet quality ingredients. Quick service. I have never had a bad pizza in the years I have been fortunate enough to stop by for take out here. Their dipping ranch is the coup de grace. This is my go-to over any of the chains.

For Kentucky, West Coast has the best pizza, no contest. They get your order right every time and they’re an independent business, not some chain. They’re my go-to for pizza.

We eat here regularly enough that the owner knows us by name. This is our favorite pizza (we love the Malibu Barby). We receive wonderful service every time!

My family and I have absolutely adored this place for many, many years. We will unfortunately not be returning. I had a large order. Upon arriving at the drive thru window, the girl (because I cannot fathom calling this person a woman/adult), handed me two bags. One bag with two containers of wings only, (which she verbally stated that this bag ONLY contained wings) and another bag with 3 containers that included two subs and an order of potato wedges. I did not stop right there to think that my children’s small pizza box was not in either bag. Upon discovering the missing pizza once I arrived home, I called to find out what my options were. I was completely okay with being credited toward another order, as my family frequently visits this place a couple of times a month. No big deal! The girl literally argued with me. I tried really hard to get her to think logically. She said she personally put this cardboard box with a pizza in it with the bag containing the three containers with the subs and wedges. Their bags are standard grocery sized bags. Anyone with any sort of intellect can believe that it is not logically possible for a standard grocery bag to hold three large containers AND a pizza box. Not to mention, the pizza being only $5.29, it is absolutely not in my nature to be dishonest over anything, let alone the cheapest item that I purchased. I asked for a partial refund. She screams over the phone that I will not be receiving a partial refund due to the fact that I am a liar. After being told that the mistake she made would not be corrected, and after she scoffed that she is 100% okay with losing a regular customer, I told her exactly what I think about her. I spoke with the manager/owner from the downtown location who informed me that she recently transferred there. She stated to me that she was in fact a manager. The gentleman I spoke to was so incredibly kind. I noticed the reviews on that location had a lot to say about a rude girl working there. Coincidence? Maybe. He offered to have a pizza delivered right away from his location. I declined the offer, as I refuse to ever do business here again, unfortunately. As an area manager that manages 11 different stores in two different cities in Kentucky, I know how hard it is to find trustworthy, kind, professional staff members. However, I think the owners of this location should reconsider who they have as the face of their business. As a food truck owner as well, I pride myself on the service and courteousness that I will forever provide to my customers. To the girl who made it her mission to not only refuse to fix a simple mistake she made by ruining my children’s dinner and who so incredibly, unprofessionally treated me, I hope you get better. I have a strong feeling life hasn’t always treated you too well, and for that, I am sorry. My piece of advice: live by the golden rule, darling. It may make you feel so much better. I am currently working with my bank to reverse the full charge for the order in its entirety. To Aladdin at the downtown store, thank you tremendously!
