Sadly under staffed!! The kids working there do their best without any real leadership or support. Not being able to prepare the food in a timely manner and rushing to keep up… The food quality suffers. The last three times I’ve been there (past 6 months) I’ve seen multiple customers walk out. Owner do what it takes and staff up, clean up and your sales will be up!

It was so nice to find a place that allowed you to enter without a mask and had indoor seating available. Plus, the sandwiches and salads are delicious. Sourdough & Co is a nice and new place. They serve sandwiches, salads, and soup. I got the salad and it was great. My friend got a sandwich and it was okay. Nothing special. The soup we got was delicious though! I recommend getting the clam chowder soup if available! The staff were extremely friendly and helped us out a lot because it was our first time there. The environment is very welcoming and nice. The only negative is how expensive it is. We only got a few things but our order came close to $30 for two people. Overall, I enjoyed it and recommend it.

Don’t waste your time. I am sure Taco Bell would be just as good. Ugh. This looks place is a joke. They don’t even know their own restaurant- wife asks for a soup and sandwich combo, they said sure, and then said. Actually we don’t have it. You can buy a sandwich and buy a soup – really, wow… and then their sign said a bunch of soups- they don’t actually have. The flow of this place is dumb- I am waiting to order- and no one is taking my order- come to find out. I am in the wrong spot. Could someone ask me- what I need? Nope. That’s too crazy. Also, they don’t have drinks- because idk. But this place is run terribly and is just over all trash. And needs to be shut down. And maybe they can build something worth spending 45$ for lunch… two sandwiches two bags of chips and a expensive can of soda… wow… just stop. Go anywhere else. Ty

I placed an online order on 10/22. I was working that day and didn’t have time to walk in and order. When I arrived I was told they don’t sell the wraps and offered me another type of bread. Ultimately, I requested a refund for that sandwich and said I’d just take the other sandwich I ordered. Well , they had not made it so I had to wait for it. They told me they could not issue me a refund and only the manager could do it. Here we are more than a week later and no refund. I called on Saturday and spoke with the same person who helped me. She stated the manager was not in and took my contact information to pass on to her. I need answers, but more importantly I need my money back for the sandwich I never received. I won’t be going back there again. I agree with what some of the other reviews echo. Service in my experience has been poor.

This location has issues, we waited 30 minutes for them to make two sandwiches. People that ordered after us got their sandwiches before us. Employees don’t seem to have it together! The sandwiches are really good and other locations we haven’t had any problems. We went back a second time 15 minutes before closing and they refused to make a hot sandwich and the employees seemed irritated that we were there.
