The family started cooking in Hartford in 1996 when we opened our first shop, Sisson Pizza. With more than 25 years of restaurant experience, we continue the family tradition at Sargeant Pizza by preparing our dishes with the freshest ingredients

This place is unprofessional. I called and placed an order for a small pizza and mozzarella sticks. The guy told me it would be 30 mins, cool. Waited and waited and waited called after an hour and the guy was so rude and disrespectful wouldn’t even let me talk, said the delivery guy called multiple times and I did not answer, which is a complete lie because I was literally glued to my phone…told him I’d like my money back or I need my food. Told me I could MAYBE get my money back, MAYBE! Never again. So basically they took my money and never gave me my food. No wonder why they only have 3 stars, how is this place still open?!

I ordered takeout last night from these guys. It never showed up. And when I called the restaurant, no one answered. I called again in the morning, and the number was for a bubble tea place. This place is a scam do not order food from them. I would write zero stars if I could because they literally just robbed me.

Absolute garbage, I ordered the tortellini Alfredo and got about 10 tortellinis in my order. We also ordered spaghetti bolognese and there was no meat in the sauce and it wasn’t even mixed together. The red water they call sauce was just sitting at the bottom. A disappointment all around would NEVER order from here again.

Was given the wrong pizza and was told my the manager I’d get a replacement. No big deal because I felt the manager had handled it the right way. After an hour I get a call back from the manager saying he left the store, and I should call them and and to send the delivery guy with my pizza, and I’ll give them the wrong order. I call and I get some rude guy saying they couldn’t send a pizza. After I tell them the manager himself told me to call, he puts the cook I think to tell me he refuses to make me a pizza and send it to me and he didn’t care what the manager said. Now I have cold pizza, and the pizza I have doesn’t even taste good. 55 dollars I wasted on a disgusting pizza, burger, and wrap. Don’t waste your time here. Too expensive, horrible service, and food that you have to hope and pray they put effort into making it

I ordered through the app slice and disgusting choice ! Yes I ordered at 2am but they are open until 3am! I should have never got burnt and dried garlic knots and pizza that had bacon UNDERNEATH the cheese of the pizza! And Please don’t get me started on the burnt bottom of my pizza as well!!!!! I came home from a long day at work and I just wanted a decent pizza To enjoy! If I can rate them 0 stars I would. A waste of $28
