Not sure what happened to this place and now i see why we stopped ordering from here. We ordered 2 spagetti dinners and they came half full like someone ate the other half. It was mainly sauce and hardly any noodles smh. the pizza was super greasy and hard. Smh. Get it together west end before you lose more customers then me. Wheres trish at?. At least when she was working she made sure everything was right, full and good..

When coming from out of town, you have a stigma that you won’t blend in, but not here. The food is amazing, especially the chicken, and the people make you feel like you’ve known each other for a long time, this is how service should be.

Ordered 12 wings sweet and tangy and 2 garlic rolls. Was told it would it be would 30. I only live six minutes away. Got dropped off Buffalo wings and cold and hard rolls. Called and the lady had the cook screaming and cussing in the back ground. She told me that they were going to come back and get the food? Um that’s definitely against health code and once I mentioned that the refund became no issue. However I’m still going to be charged for cold hard rolls and delivery fee?! Are you serious, this place is a joke, I don’t expect the owner to see this or even care because there are other reviews exactly like this one. I’ll be contacting the health department and BBB. Stay far away from this place.

Me and my husband only order our pizza here! The best dough and ingredients around. The older lady that delivers pizza is the sweetest person ever. We tip every time, but she always gets double! Great pizza, great service!

We got the wrong order so I called and let them know. Luckily we called in time to where the driver was able to come back with our correct order. However they did request that we give back the wrong order so it could be swapped out and asked that we didn’t eat any of it. Which I just found to be weird since it was already in the house and opened! I did stop the kids from grabbing any chicken or Jojos. But what if they had and then put it back and it was delivered to another family?! We were also missing a second order of jojos when we got the correct order. They were unable to refund the missing ones but did offer to deliver. I respectfully declined as I didn’t want to wait around just for some jojos. They did however offer a credit and said we can get them next time we order. Mixed feelings. They tried but still weirds me out to know they are still giving someone else food that was somewhere else. Makes you wonder. You never know whose fingers could be in your dinner! I will say they girl I spoke with on the phone was very friendly and understanding.

On June 22/2020 we order a thin crust pizza sausage pepperoni mushrooms black olives on half and double cheese and for the second layer of the cheese to be on the top to hold the goodies on and two of the chop sirloin sandwiches the sandwiches was awesome and most of the time the pizza is great but last night we got a traditional crust no double cheese very little sausage on it so disappointed but I waited too late to call they had already closed. We order 4-6 time a month and last night is was 39 plus tip !! I took pictures but there’s no way to post them on here ?
