Had the taco salad, tasted very good. Came with sour cream and salsa. The meat was warm and the rest was cold, nice combination. Nice seasoning on the meat. Very pleasant waitress, she checked on us a couple of times.

Good place to get a bite to eat but not the best service in the area. Usually longer wait times. The interior is fun and open with various vintage signs and farm equipment to look at while waiting. My favorites are hot turkey and the club sandwich. They also have a good variety of delicious appetizers like mozzarella sticks and mini corn dogs. If you don’t mind waiting a few extra minutes for your food this place definitely offers good homestyle dishes.

Love this place such amazing staff and food. You feel at home. We had an amazing waitress name Char and I couldn’t have asked for a better waitress. She made me a drink that made my day go from stressed to relaxing and calm. Thank you Char.

Great place for breakfast. The coffee is very good and plentiful. The wait staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very clean. The decorations are great and authentic. This place has a very large parking lot with lots of room to park an RV. I had a ham and cheese omlet that was very good. We recommend stopping by when you are in the area.

Excellent breakfast. Had biscuits and gravy. Son has short stack and cinnamon roll. Was a bit much for him but very good. Wife had the Belgian waffle with strawberry and whip topping. The waffle was more of the Leigh waffle variety, had sugar in middle. A bit to much sugar for her system but good flavor.

The food was really good. I ordered the half a pound west forty burger and it taset really good but I wish the burger was cooked a little more medium rare than medium well and also I wished that there was more seasoning on it but for 8 dollars it was as good as it could get. The fries that came with it were a little soggy but they were seasoned well. I absolutely loved the atmosphere. It felt like I was in an actual barn and the cups were nice glass mason jars. The service was also relatively fast too.

Truly “not a half bad place to eat”. We had a large group and the food was ready quickly and it all came out together. We’re not sure if it is typical but there was no salt on the fries or tater tots. Not a complaint, just an FYI. There was no music when we walked in, which is unheard of but a godsend to a group that has 3 hard of hearing people. Will dine in again if in the area!

Very rude service. Food took over an hour the server was rude and unkind. I really used to love this restaurant but will never hopefully ever go back. The server argued with us at beginning as we had asked for one table for all of us having called ahead asking for this and she set up two tables then we pushed two tables together. We were also told if they run out of pie we want nothing she can do, that she can’t control that many people seated before us got served long before we did, that the food was served cold or wrong portions and she got mad shoved food at people wasn’t polite or kind. Owner was cooking in back he did apologize for slow service but didn’t comp anything or apologize or talk to whole group. It was a terrible dining experience.
