Ordered some food for a large family vacation meal and everything was wonderful! The brisket was falling apart on the fork and the pulled pork was super flavorful! The ribs were a dry rub and had great flavor as well.

Since I first saw the 2 1000 gallon propane tank offset smokers last fall I have been anticipating the opening of this place. Three weekends into their business being open I can assure everyone that the food is firing on all cylinders! The brisket, chicken,and pulled pork were all moist, flavorful and tender. Hoping that this place can serve the community for a long time!

Quite possibly the best beef brisket I’ve had anywhere period! The owners were very friendly and welcoming even though I showed up before closing. Told us not to hurry even though they were closing. Highly recommend if you love BBQ.

Jonathan and Meghan were absolutely wonderful! Jonathan and I spoke several times before our event to make sure everything we ordered was correct, to make sure we had enough, to help with rental equipment and even made sure to be conscious of dietary restrictions. All of our guests raved about the food- “best food we’ve ever had at a wedding”, “best BBQ”, etc. We could not have asked for a kinder couple to help make our day special! They fit right in with our family and our event. Thank you guys again for everything- we couldn’t have done it without you!

The husband and wife duo had incredible energy and made everyone smile. The food was so good that we came back the same Saturday and got more for dinner. This place is a MUST if you are visiting Lake Placid.

BEST PLACE FOR BBQ! I waited to write a review so I could try a little of everything on the menu to give a honest review. I have found all the food from West Shore BBQ to be phenomenal! The Brisket is probably my favorite but I have yet to have a bad meal from there. All has been great and the price point seems very reasonable for the generous amount of food you receive in your order. Service has also been great! Look forward to many more yummy BBQ from West Shore.
