By far my favorite steak house when I’m in El Paso. The food, drinks and service are amazing. Melissa our server was very informative, knew the menu very well. An amazing place and at a very good price. Please open one in California..

The rib eye steak here is really awesome and totally surpassed my expectations ! I was visiting El Paso back in early May of this year. This restaurant was really close to my hotel and to the El Paso airport ✈️ and was absolutely perfect for my needs ! Since I was a solo traveler and because I anticipated that it would be pretty packed by the time I set foot there for dinner ️, I decided to order my dinner ahead of time for pickup !

A really comfortable atmosphere. – elevated but still casual. Good service, I think his name was Josh? I was mostly impressed with the prices. Not many chophouses offer $4 beers and $7 cocktails. Steaks are not over priced either. Bread was fresh and hot but the butter had a peculiar taste. Dry aged ribeye had some good bites but also some bad ones. I didn’t like the spinach dip either.

I went with a group of four to the West Texas chophouse and it was good but not great. I tried the poblano soup and it was excellent. They ahi tuna appetizer was a bit salty. One of the steaks wasn’t as rare as was wanted. Two of the party wanted baked sweet potatoes but they were nearly out and so they were disappointingly small. Really, laughably so.

The service was exceptional. We were put on the wait list, but it was worth it.

We absolutely love it here. The best Happy Hour Cosmopolitan and food is delicious. The pictures are not the only thing we ate. We had a pretty large party & staff was on point. Thank you!

Despite being close to the airport and having 2 locations, the management and staff of this establishment run it like it’s family business. Ordered bone in ribeye and loaded baked potato. Steaks are dry aged and man did it taste good. They don’t overly salt it when cooking so you can get more of the meat flavor. Decent drink selection and always like it when restaurants have open cooking areas. Parking was a bit difficult but was prime dinner time.

The roasted poblano soup is great. I also had their medium rare 12 oz ribeye. They aak you to cut your steak when served to see if it’s cooked as requested. Mine was just right. Service was a bit bumpy: soup before silverware, margarita brought after the meal (and wine) was served. Server was pleasant. I was most impressed by the steak, appropriate for a steakhouse. Hope to come back soon.
