This place was a gem! We were visiting the area for a weekend getaway for our anniversary! We both ordered steak and my husband added the food bar to his. The steaks both were excellent and the catfish was really good off the bar. The food and salad bar both were well stocked even at 8:30pm and they closed at 9! During small talk with our waitress (which by the way was also fantastic) my husband mentioned we were there for our anniversary. The waitress along with another lady employee came back to our table with a couple different desserts and a handwritten note on a napkin wishing us a happy anniversary! The food was great! The service was great! And the gesture was heartwarming! It’s safe to say that we were satisfied and would return or recommend this place!! The only thing I didn’t care for was the booth seats and they could use some TLC.

The food and service was Great! The cashier was something less. I was not expecting $74.00. I was thinking more $50/$60. Cashier laughed. I questioned it she said your drinks don’t come with the meal. Then laughed again. Never explained prices of Buffett meals. It would have been cheaper to order from menu boards.

It is what you should expect from an established all-you-can-eat buffet and they do have really good steaks. The restaurant, and especially the restrooms, are clean and well maintained. Staff is generally friendly. Buffet dining is quick and efficient for those who are in a hurry. The buffet offers a good variety of food and desserts that should help the kids happy and are worthy of a cheat day.

Excellent! We went for a business / lunch meeting today. We had not been there since shortly after the new owner took over. We were so pleased at the quality and tastiness of the buffet food! The staff – waitresses and counter were very pleasant and excellent servers. We will definitely go again soon!

The food was excellent! Met all my expectations. The only thing I was disappointed about was no black eyed peas on New Year’s Day. Also the boiled cabbage should have the core removed. Other than that I felt like I was at my grandparents! Lots of family and friends there today. Great place to eat. If you’re dieting too!

It’s less expensive than Old Country Buffet or Golden Corral. The food options were adequate and the quality was on par with the price. The desert choices were slim, especially in the sugar free options. It wasn’t the worst buffet I’ve been to, but it wasn’t the best. I guess for a middle of nowhere town like McAlester, it’s okay.
