Too bad they are not serving lunch buffet anymore, instead they offered lunch specials. Today’s lunch specials is Country Fried Steak for $7.49 it comes with baked potato/ french fries and additional $2 for salad.

Went in with a party of 8 people. They all started acting funny. I’m very scared of insects. I turned around and a cockroach the size of a baby mouse sitting up on the wall behind me. I freaked out. 2 employees chased it around the wall saying sorry. I ran outside and vomited. Nasty place. Wouldn’t recommend anyone go there. Cost over 100 to throw up in the parking lot.

I stopped there recently because I was passing through town. The building is disgusting on the inside, it looks 50 years old and not in a charming way. The inside of the restaurant is in need of an update badly. I thought I was going to eat the buffet, but it looked awful, so I just ordered from the menu. Everything on the buffet looked like it would give you a heart attack. Definitely not a place for the health conscious. The meal was good, but I still felt like I was eating at a really gross place.

I’ve had better. This was the first time I’d eaten at Western Sizzlin since I was 11/12 yrs old. I’m now 39 it was nothing like I remembered. Wasn’t very clean. I had Chicken Fried Steak it tasted like it had been cooked in old grease. My mother had Hamburger Steak it wasn’t as bad as mine but it was almost burnt. The girls had the buffet there weren’t many oppositions. But they said what they did have was OK….

I’m glad this place is still open. I’ve got some memories here. The food is great. I didn’t particularly care for the barbecued chicken as it was dry as a bone. Other than that it was pretty good. The server was awesome.

Clearly it does not live up to the Western Sizzling name, “Thoroughly disappointed “would be an Understatement, left the little amount of food that I actually did feel was decent enough to plate, what is this world coming to , the gal that rang us up was rude , however the waitress was kind I felt bad to leave only because she seemed to be trying. To me the buffet was good. Now my husband 10oz steak yeah it’s not something I’d pay that much money for. The waitress grabbed a receipt out of my wallet in front of my husband while I was at buffet. That is a big no no.

Not Good, wife had a plain hamburger and baked potato and I had a Chicken Fried Steak with French Fries. Hamburger un-remarkable, Chicken Fried Steak grease weary and gravy tasted like flour. Little to no seasoning on anything the Glazed carrots had no glaze at all. Last time for Western Sizzlin.

If you are looking for good food TURN THE OTHER WAY. And if you are just looking for a quick bite to eat, still turn the other way!! Way over priced dried out food with to much fat that I wouldn’t even feed it to my dog. The fish was ok but every thing else sucked. Im warning you now DONT GO THERE.
