Very fast and friendly service. The food is well prepared complete with the perfect smoke ring. Prices are reasonable I rate this resturaunt a strong 4 borderline 5. Dining is located within or out side both areas give you that true BBQ cooking feeling.

Portions are great. I had the Brisket meal with Mac & cheese and onion rings. The brisket had a hint of smoke and ever so tender. My compliments to the cook. This brisket needed no sauce of any kind. I’m not a Pepsi person so I had water with lemon. The atmosphere was pleasantly decorated. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

The bbq was great, the portions were generous, and I liked how you can choose from four or five different sauces in order to find your favorite. Quick and friendly service with a nice family atmosphere. I’m definitely looking forward to trying their brisket out the next time I’m there.

I have been to Westfalls 3 Times, and each time it has progressively gotten worse and worse. The first visit would have been 3.5 stars, but this last time was not good. Dry brisket, and grossly over cooked. Very lean, no fat at all. Out of sides, and tasteless bbq. It was like an employee club house. Staff hanging out in front of the register, cooks holding their kids, and going outside on smoke breaks. The atmosphere and food has greatly changed since they opened. Not going to waste my money here. Also greatly shocked they don’t have smoked turkey, which is huge in self proclaimed TEXAS BBQ joints.

We had them cook for our daughters graduation for 30+ people. It was fantastic and everyone loved it. They were fantastic to work with and we loved keeping it local as we were going to have a restaurant in Columbia cook for us. So glad we tried Westfalls BBQ and went with them. Great true Texas BBQ!!

Oh man, this place is great. Very reasonable prices. I got the ribs which had a great taste and were very tender. My only complaint is that they were cut straight and not with the bone so there were a few fragments throughout, but nothing dangerous. I love when there are a lot of side dish options, and this place has a lot! I can’t wait to try the whole menu.

We just had a great first visit to Westfall’s. Sampled every meat except the chicken. Pulled pork, ribs, and sausage were all great and solid choices but the real star of the show here is the brisket. It is very tender, juicy, smoky and is definitely Texas-style with a great salt & pepper based bark and just the right amount of “pull.” Great brisket is hard to find in SC but this is some of the best I have had outside of Texas. The sides were also very good. Onion rings, fries, mac & cheese, and slaw were all high quality and fresh. Service was excellent and everyone there was super-friendly and helpful. Prices are very reasonable considering the quality and portions are generous. All around, this is one of the best bbq joints in the Midlands (and I have been to almost all of them) and definitely worth a trip back even though I live in Columbia!

Everything we ordered was prefrozen food that they warmed up. The bbq was alright definitely not the best we have had. The brisket was cooked perfect but it had no seasoning.

Friendly staff. Food was good and just the right amount to fill us up on a busy antiquing day! Texas BBQ was pretty much the same as what you’d find in SC. Tasty!
