Tonight was the best experience I’ve had in 11 yrs! Elisa was so pleasant and helpful, also took on my request to be called(dogs bark if someone knocks on the door)… Nate, the delivery driver was beyond amazing and went above and beyond to get my change… I think we have an A team at our Southside Westshore!!!! I had a Philly cheese steak and it was pretty good however the delivery guy added his own tip to my bank card which I did not authorize. I placed my order online and two days later I was charge $5 extra as a “tip” which over-drafted my account. I work at a pizzeria and I’ve never charged a customer a tip that they did not authorize them self

The WAIT TIMES are absolutely RIDICULOUS! I was told 20 min.. I’ve been Waiting an HOUR for a lasagna and it’s still NOT ready. I can door dash the other west shore pizza 20 min away from and would have had my order delivered quicker then over an hour. Will not come back to this location. Such trash

The order I had last week had a burnt steak sandwich and was an edible and this week I had to wait 2 1/2 hours and they kept saying the order was on the way and it never came. I would’ve appreciated the truth but apparently they’re all liars there. Apparently they can’t get any good help and management is terrible. Don’t order a pizza there and don’t order any other food. The quality of the food is horrible and their service is horrible.

Just deleted a raving 5 star review. I still stand behind the fact that Westshore (Sal) makes an amazing pizza, but when I order a board special and am charged over and above what’s posted and question the person taking the order as to why I’m being charged more….she gets defensive and tells me to “rein it in, I am the manager’s wife and there will be no disrespect here”

ive ordered and eaten here twice in the past 4 months and both times i was highly dissatisfied, the first time was primarily with wait times and obvious signs of disorganization at the front desk, plus the lack of extra cheese as ordered and the pizza being burnt. second time it was superbowl sunday so the hour and 20 minute wait was to be expected but again no extra cheese, the garlic knots had no garlic or butter sauce on them and the pizza was again lacking extra cheese and was burnt again.

Ordered at 230p and it arrived in a prompt fashion, just before 3p. But maybe that is because they forgot the lettuce/tomato on our sub and the double pepperoni (paid for the extra too). Called to mention I would rather wait a couple extra minutes to have my order be accurate. The girl responded with “sorry, he was in a hurry” …. where is quality these days? SMH …. and not our first time with delivery, take out or dining in either.
