UPDATE.. We were contacted by a representative (owner? Not sure) And I am updating the review accordingly as I am a big believer in backing your product and your business. I appreciate the the effort to reach out and address the issues. The call was thorough, she asked detailed questions regarding what went wrong, how it went wrong, whom was involved, etc., as well as options as to how we would like it resolved. As I mentioned in original review this establishment has always delivered on expectations of quality product until the past 2 months. With that said. In addition to being contacted with sincere interest in resolving the complaint, (we were credited for the order) I am willing to give them another opportunity. I would like to see this go back to the 5 star places we frequent, as there are not many left. At this point. I have updated my review from 1 star to 3 and I am hoping our next experience will have it back to 5 stars. The review process is all we have left as consumers. I appreciate the response and that you reached out and have reflected that. i will continue the integrity of my reviews by waiting till the next meal before further review at which point I will consider removing the original review as seen below.,…………. I give up on this place. It’s convenient but never good. Got vegetables tossed into the center of an under cooked crust that just absorbed every drop of moisture. Disgusting, attempted to eat because it took forever and my break was over.

Awesome environment. Amazing customer service. I will definitely go again. I recommend the BBQ chicken pizza! The staff and attention to service is amazing. I love how there is a great welcoming for Doordash while still being welcoming for normal customers.

I should have posted a review sooner! My boyfriend and I ordered the Calzone deal, which we do every couple weeks. Let me tell you, this thing is a MASSIVE MONSTER!! It’s one of the most mouth-watering foods we’ve ever eaten, and this time we got the most gorgeous calzone! Yes, I mean absolutely gorgeous. If you haven’t done so yet, PLACE THAT ORDER!

I live 8 minutes from this place on a day with heavy traffic. 45 minute normal wait time became 95 minutes waited for a pizza that was all dough. 3 inches of crust with almost no cheese to be seen on the entire pizza. Sad & very disappointing. They replaced the pizza. I didn’t want to wait almost 2 hours again so i just drove up there. What a shame. I’ll probably never go back.

If I could give a 0 star review I would. My husband and I stopped here for dinner. When we opened our boxes, there was a roach on top of my husband Sandwich stuck in the cheese. This was the first time we had come to this location. I made them give us a full refund and we will never return. I will be calling Pasco County health department today.Disgusting!!!

Walked into this, so called, restaurant no one asked if we were eating in or taking out. We sat as we saw no one was speaking up. The table was sticky from where you can see a soda had been spilled and not cleaned. No one ever came over to the table. There were 3 persons upfront a man and 2 women none ever asked what we wanted to order, gave us a menu or said to order from the wall menu. NOTHING. Felt as if though their conversation was more of a priority then us, the customer. We were not attended to so we got up and left. Service was terrible never got to eat so can’t review the food. Disappointed.

Yesterday I made an order to take away at the pizzeria, when I went to sign the receipt I realized that the person who served me had invoiced me for something else that I did not request, I tell her and she goes to ask the kitchen and a woman returns with a bad attitude and tells us that he could not cancel the order and that he had to pay in full… can you believe it, he had just ordered it and they could not stop it? wow what would have happened if I didn’t have the money to pay for the other item? Too bad, they lack good customer service, customers are the reason a business works and with these attitudes they don’t earn much, on the contrary, they lose customers. improve that aspect.

The way they handle incorrect orders is disgusting. I explained my situation to the boy in the phone several times and when I repeat to him what we ordered versus what is on our ticket print out, a woman in the background proceeds to yell that that is not what was ordered. We had two requests and the boy stated that’s not what we asked for, when my ticket says it is what we asked for. So one order prints out two separate tickets?… Mistakes happen and clearly this is an example- improperly ringing in food, or perhaps not listening.. the lack of accountability, horrific tasting food, and a lack of respect for an allergy they placed in my food when I asked them not to, is shameful. It’s a simple fix and they continued to place the blame on the customer. This place has no respect for customers requests. I shouldn’t have to elaborate to a random person on the phone that I have an allergy just to get them to pay attention to what they’re being told. Waste of $50 and 30 minutes of travel time.
