I was hesitant about ordering from this place, but I went ahead anyway, because I was very very hungry. Usually when a person is hungry, anything is good. However, the customer service over the phone and in person seemed pretty disappointing. The young lady that waited on me, had the attitude as if she couldn’t wait to go home, and as if she did not enjoy working there. My pizza was close to 20 bucks in which I don’t like spending a lot just for me at one setting. Immediately, when I got in my vehicle after picking up my pizza, and I proceeded to eat a slice, and it was somewhat OK but by the time I tried a second slice, the breaded section was stiffening and it was very hard to chew. I don’t think I could try going there again. The last time I went to this place was 10 years ago and it tasted a lot better and the crust was a lot softer. I think I will stick with dominoes or Papa John’s from now on.

Great experience! I showed up way to early for my carry out order (totally my fault) and the staff were super nice and accommodating. When I came back a bit later to get my food everything was perfect and exactly as I ordered it, they even put the pizza sauce, which comes cold, into the pizza box to warm up a bit. The pizza itself was a hit with the whole family from 2 to 40 years old and the toppings were tasty and generous. The crust had the right amount of chew and excellent flavor. This was my first time at this establishment and I will definitely return. You should absolutely add the Drew st. location of WSP to your pizza rotation if you are in the area. I got the impression that it was family run and they seem to really care about their food and customers.

Very disappointed. Been coming here for over a decade since I moved down here but the past few times you can tell it was a different care in quality. Today was the final time we try it. I gave the new ownership a try like I always do, but the care in the product is the issue. Burnt pizza or any food should never be served. Unacceptable.

My special order pizza was fantastic! I have lots of food allergies and can’t have sauce or cheese. This pizza still was so flavorful! They made it perfectly for me just as I requested. Thank you so much I really enjoyed it.

I give it two stars because I have had good pizza here in the past but this last was definitely a one star. Ordered Margarita pizza, for the price you would think it could be some fresh ingredients. It’s dried spices sprinkled on top that just dried up more while cooking. There was no sauce so it was dry and tasted of burnt basil. This isn’t even Margarita Pizza they should take it off their menu. Yuck, it’s horrible don’t even think about ordering it.

Awesome experience at Westshore Pizza XIV!!! This pizzeria is recently under new management, which is great news, and wipes out all the past negative reviews! Personally, I have ordered food and drinks here, and have not been disappointed. I particularly love the flavor and texture of the pizza crust! The dough is made from scratch, as well! I have also sampled their Philly Cheese Steak sandwiches, and boy are they delicious! They are stuffed with a generous amount of steak, green peppers, onions, and mushrooms! Yum!!! Check them out ASAP!!!

Ordered from this location for the third time. We were charged for the larger portions (specialty stromboli and pizza) but received the smaller portions. Delivery was 1hr 25min for food that was 1.1 mile from our location. Upon delivery, the food was cold. We called the location to correct the amount charged and were told that they charged over $12 for tax and delivery (before gratuity for delivery driver). Don’t order from here. You will be disappointed.
