I just left the Paradise location. I tried to order a pizza but after five minutes on hold I decided it would be faster to drive to the location. As I got to the counter, I saw two young men working the counter. One answered the phone one by one taking orders as they came. The other continued to answer the phone and put customers on hold. As I approached the counter, I said to the waiter that I was one of the people on hold. He replied that they were short staffed. I replied back that he probably shouldn’t answer phones and just place people on hold on the phone. He left the counter and then said something to the manager. I was confused because I didn’t raise my voice and was not rude. A few minutes later he switched spots w the manager who slowly came to the register. When I asked if the server left me at the counter because I made a comment to him, he blew me off. The manager looked away from me and said no. I left. It’s sad for me because there are limited choices for food here in Paradise. I guess I’ll have to drive to Chico. I’m pretty baffled by the experience.

11/10. Delivery was fast, food came hot. Tropical heat pizza was killer and the honey habanero dry rub wings I think are my new favorite flavor. Also, I asked if I could get all flats for the wings and they did it for me. New favorite pizza joint.

They make a great pizza as far as taste goes and the crust is fantastic. But, the pepperoni you could use for glasses they are cut so thin, and the price is too high because of the ingredients being like that. Still better than the competition though.

Very unique pizza, it’s solid pizza, better than frozen, but I wouldn’t put it in the same category as round table or mountain mikes. Has better prices and deals than those 2 though. I’ve had nothing but good experiences in every facet of dealing with this place, the only reason it’s 3 stars is the pizza itself. Like I said it’s good pizza, but it’s in a tier between a pizza chain and frozen pizza.

Watched our pizza fall out of oven. Then was ignored when trying to get attention after waiting over 45 minute they finally made a new pizza. Been here 3 days in a row and will not come back. The man with glasses was very rude! The lady was nice

Weve ordered from them multiple times and the pizza is very well made and consistent quality with great deals. Today’s order wasn’t up to their standards for quality and they were already remaking it by the time I saw it. I was VERY impressed and the pizza was delicious!
