Ordered through Door Dash but west side pizza handles their own delivery. No tracking was available because driver isn’t a regular dasher. Very cold pizza arrived after 108 min (welllll after delivery window) and the only “help” option on the order was to call the store, but they never picked up after many attempts.

Great little place, has 2 spots to dine in if you want. Great deals in my opinion during the week days. They have 2 slices and a soda for $6 during week days and that makes a great lunch. I ordered a large pizza for me and my partner and was a bit more pricey because we had it custized with toppings. Thin crust was just a little thinner then normal crust but it was very good so it wasnt a big deal. (Partner is a no crust eater and it was good enough for her to eat the crust!)

Cordata location: the Website “shuts down” over an hour before the store closes, and the kid working (who said he was the manager) said there “was no way” to apply a 20% discount, which we would have gotten if we could have ordered online. Very poor customer service.

I ordered a large Death by Pizza and Raspberry Blast dessert…..to the tune of over $46.00….that’s right, not your average $10.00 pizza. Well it had NOT ONE piece of pineapple on the entire pizza. I called to complain and Josh argued with me that He made the pizza and put pineapple on it. I’ve only ordered from this place 3 times in 4 years and he will not replace my order with WHAT I ORDERED AND PAID FOR in ADVANCE before it even got to me! I asked to speak to his boss but he would not give me that information! This IS the LAST time I order from there and I will be telling my friends and Social Media…..a COMPLETE RIP-OFF this order was! He would not even take any off my already paid for bill!

Guy that was working is a little rough around the edges , but he did a great job. I can see he was overwhelmed and only one working. He was answering phones taking orders taking payments and making the food. Wouldn’t be surprised if he was also doing the deliveries. If every store had someone like him we would be in good shape also the food was perfect
