We had the Death by pizza and it was amazing!! Best pizza we have had in a long time!! Their garlic butter was delicious abd the staff were really nice, we went next door while it cooked to shop and they were even nice enough to text us when the pizza was done!! We drove from Pullman and it was well worth it! We will be back

My favorite pizza is the BBQ Chicken, always good and close 2nd is there BBQ Wings! And if you’re not in the mood for pizza & Wings, their menu is packed with Pastas, Salads, Bread sticks, Desserts & More! Delivery times are fast and qualify of food is great! Wish the pricing was a little lower, but it’s worth it.

Well, just got a coupon card in the mail today. Just tried to order online to get the 20% off deal, and it tells me “ordering online is unavailable for this store”. Online, the pizza I was interested in was priced at $21.99, so I call the store instead, only to find out that if I’m going to PICK IT UP myself, the price for the same pizza is $24.99. What gives? My review is 2 stars based on this current experience. Update 6-29; 7:00 pm–The reason the online ordering wasn’t working was because the URL has changed since I last ordered. The company should have put a patch through to redirect the customer to the new URL. I had it pinned in my favorites and that link is now outdated. At a minimum, your staff should instruct people who complain about the same online experience, that the link is now different than it was last year. Also, for getting in my car and driving down there and paying $3 more for the same pizza featured online, the staff, at a minimum, should have offered me the 20% discount that was available for online orders.

The pizza is just garbage. Sauce is to thick topings are always light and it always comes with complementary heart burn. It’s the same at the Newport WA branch. Must be a westside thing. Gave them many chances. I’m done.

NOTE: The 5 star rating is ONLY for their regular Chicken Wings, NOT their pizza. I would give a 2 star rating for their “Two Larges Deal” pizzas. We picked up the thin crust pizzas and wings on Friday night April 3, 2020 and when we got the pizza home we joked that the ad (see picture) must have been for 2 pieces of topping on each pizza. It’s an exaggeration but both large pizzas were VERY skimpy with toppings and sauce. I recommend you never take that deal unless they actually put toppings on like you see on their brochure – check them before you leave or check them at delivery as even Domino’s puts far more toppings on their cheap deal pizzas then Westside Pizza does on theirs. Come on Westside – $13 for a large pizza should get you pizzas loaded with toppings, not a thin slab of crust with a few toppings here and there.
