Must-try tacos in a fun, pleasant outdoor setting! I got the brisket and carnitas tacos, and they were so good I had to go back and get the Al Pastor as well. Flavorful, good portions, and the handmade tacos are delicious. Took a little bit of time to get my order even though it wasn’t crowded, but easy to pass the time with a beer from the nearby brewery.

We stopped in here after heading how great this place is. Amazing tortillas and toppings! Only complaint would be I wish they cut the zucchini thicker so it was more proportionate to the batter. So good!

My favorite tacos on Oregon, and one of the best and most unique food truck options in Bend / Redmond. You get what you pay for here, so while they may be slightly more than a typical taco truck, they’re light years ahead in terms of craftsmanship and quality. They have the most amazing carnitas I’ve ever had in my life. And so different from traditional style carnitas! Great, friendly, quick staff! I can’t wait to try the rest of the menu, though it’s hard to stay away from those root beer carnitas after trying them

The root beer taco was the absolute best though none of them were a disappointment! the owner is phenomenal! Her energy is infectious, her tacos are delicious and she has secured regulars! Cant recommend this truck enough! Mu husband is a taco enthusiast and declared these the best he has ever had! their homemade tortilla are are also amazing!

These were the best tacos I have ever had. I am already planning my next trip to Central Oregon just to be able to get them again. I highly recommend the Carnitas and fish! Not only was the food incredible but the chef’s were beyond kind and went above and beyond. I could not recommend West Side Taco co more!!!

Phenomenal tacos! I had the root beer carnitas which were fantastic. Also the onion rings are to die for and their green sauce…SO GOOD. Haven’t had good street tacos in awhile and these hit the spot. Plus the owners are so friendly and made sure we had a great meal. Thank you!
