Have been to this new location a few times because we LOVE pretzels. But this time was the first time I had a bad experience. The girl at the register was rude. I asked for a pizza pretzel they usually ask if I want jalapeños on it. She gave me a regular one and I asked if I could get the one with jalapeños. She gave me a awful look and sigh like really. Then she says its more and it is not. She was corrected on that by a fellow employee. I pay and she give me a receipt and a shew away gesture. I’m not a fly of five years old. Came here for a pregnancy craving during the COVID pandemic, 2 of the 3 workers were not wearing masks while working. Masks are now required statewide for customers and especially essential workers. Might call the city so they can come enforce.
