I ordered the food off of Uber eats. My expectations weren’t that high because i figured it’s off Uber eats so i was just excited to eat. I ordered 10 wing dinner with fries and a side of fries Mac and cheese bites. The Uber drive arrived. The food was suprisingly still hot. I did not know it was actually 10 whole wings i thought it was a 10 piece . The wings and fries were really good . The fried Mac and cheese was ok. It wasn’t the best but it wasn’t nasty. I enjoyed this place especially visiting from out of town. It was well worth it !

Not too please with the overall experience. First, The pricing displayed on the menu board is total different (higher) from what the consumer being charged. Second, The staff does not inform you about the changes, until confronted about the price. Third, I have had many fried ( catfish) fish, but this fish was not TRUE CATFISH! The was almost rubbery and not reasoned fried like most traditional seafood rest. The shrimp was dry and the fries were not fresh as if they have been sitting over 10 min. The criticism hopefully is taken in a positive light for this establishment to improve on what’s the proper way to serve food ( especially fried fish and seafood) that is tasteful. If it’s tasteful..” They will come.”

I like whales. I like the fries and the wings. The service is always fast and quick. The wings have a perfect crisp to them. I am picky about chicken wings (whole wings, not “buffalo style”) because a lot of them taste too…chicken-y. I think it’s extra fat or something. Anyway, this is the perfect flavor combination of chicken, crisp, and breading. Yum. They have this super tasty strawberry cake you must try.

The fried chicken was okay, but I really enjoyed the fried okra. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, but seating was limited. I prefer Popeyes chicken over theirs, but I did enjoy Whales enough to go back. Also, I love the fact that you can be served until 2 a.m.

I’m only giving one star so that I can give a review, if you love your health and don’t want to seem crazy for loving your health don’t come to this establishment. The manager is just as young and dumb as the employees he got around there biting nails and leaving it in your food. My food was all over my plate as if someone was mad while they were fixing plates. My wings tasted spoil as if they were left in the sink or heat. (Very much so inedible) My gizzards had no meat only grease and breading. My fries were not fries they were bites of fries because I not once seen a whole French fry in my box. I ordered two orders of wings and one set of wings were party wings (toddler wings if you ask me) and the other half were whole wings which I found ver confusing being as I ordered the same things. The drive thru cashier had a very smart mouth and a problem with staying off of her phone until she’s done interacting with customers. Maybe that’s why she got my order wrong twice. My whole overall experience with this place of business is a negative 1. This is definitely my first and last time at this place you call a business.

THIS PLACE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST! I ORDERED ON UBER EATS AND MY FOOD WAS COLD AND DISGUSTING. THE FOOD LOOKED NOTHING LIKE THE PICS ONLINE AND THE WING WERE VERY SMALL AND OVERCOOKED THERE WAS A PROMOTION THAT SAID I COULD BUY ONE CATFISH FILLET AND GET ONE FREE AND I WAS CHARGED FOR BOTH. TURNS OUT THE SMALL DRY HARD COOKED FISH WASN’T EVEN CATFISH..I MESSAGED THE COMPANY BECAUSE THE PHONE WAS OUT OF SERVICE AND NOTHING HAPPENED TO SOLVE MY PROBLEMS OR HELP..I WANT A REFUND..I WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS PLACE AGAIN!!

The food was hot, but definitely needs some more seasoning. Don’t believe the hype. It’s not hard to make seafood flavorful and they missed the whole mark here. The fries are like cardboard and the catfish nuggets need help. The only thing that has flavor is the ketchup and tartar sauce. I will not be ordering from them again. My advice to you is if you want some seafood…go to 7spice because this place is not doing it for me.
