No one welcomed me in and the one employee that was helpful was Lori M. I don’t know if it’s because of what I ordered but I’m not a fan of it. *Future Note* Welcome every customer that walk in your establishment because they are the ones that keep the business alive.

I’m impressed. First time eating What-A-Burger even though I’ve known about it my whole life. Food took longer than expected but it was cooked to order and cooked perfectly.

We’ve ordered take-out from this What-A-Burger location many times since they opened and I don’t think we’ve ever really had a negative experience (other than the occasional extended wait time when they are busy). Our orders have always been accurate and the food has been good. It’s not a high-end place, obviously, but I feels it’s a good value for our family of 5, especially on those nights when we don’t want to cook. I also like that I’m supporting a smaller business vs. a national chain. One of our favorite menu items is the witch doctor drink (yes, it has pickles in it, but don’t knock it until you try it!).

Small inside not a lot of seating but it is connected to a gas station. The employees were nice and helpful. The cashier was so nice to explain different things on the menu since it was my 1st time there. The food was mediocre. The fries were average. The BBQ sandwich was bland not much flavor.

We went there tonight. 3 of us got cheeseburgers and they all was very over cooked so much as we didn’t eat them. The bacon wasn’t really cooked which makes it hard to bite into fatty bacon. The fries was way over done also. We will not be eating here again. We wanted bbq and they said they was out. A kitchen helper was messing with a full trash bag and then touched food without changing the gloves he was wearing. No thanks

I came in today to get a gift card for my mom and ended up getting lunch, too!! The lady that rang up my food and gift card had phenomenal customer service skills, and all the staff in there are great. It didn’t take long to get my food.

Customer have to understand this is not a fast food restaurant , where you get burgers out of a warmer that have been in there 5 hours , the food is fresh and quality takes time , if you are in a hurry call in your order ahead of time and pick it up at the window give these workers some credit the food is always excellent
