If you want GOOD Pho, WHAT DA PHO has that for you. Nothing fancy or crazy, just good solid Pho for a fair price. They do have some good menu items but if I come here it’s for their Pho. Service is very quick and straight forward, not the friendliest but not bad or rude either. Inside isn’t pretty as it seems a bit older, specially compared to all the new spots opening up all over in Duluth, but again… if you’re here, it’s for their Pho!!

I am from the DMV area and I was visiting and felt like eating pho. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was warming. It wasn’t a busy time, so the food came out pretty fast. I was surprised at the portion sizes. They were huge. I was grateful. The food was delicious. I ordered vegetable fried rice and veggie pho. I was very pleased with the flavor. The veggies pho had tofu and it wasn’t too mushy. My sister ordered chicken pho with added veggies. We were both happy. I can’t wait to visit again.

This is my absolute favorite Vietnamese restaurant. Once in a while I go different places, but always come back here. Food comes out quickly. It has a very catchy name, but food is very flavorful.

I went here on father’s day with my family and we were sat at the stickiest table. They don’t clean the tables correctly. My brother got his beef pho and found 3 fruit flies in the broth. We lost our appetite. The beef in my spring roll wasn’t even cooked fully. Its raw. The place is just a mess unhygienic and even when you tip they claim their register is broken and ask u to tip in cash. They’re literally frauds. Some of the employees are nice but other times there are rude employees and overall i don’t think i’ll be going here again.

Went in today and I ordered the shrimp vermicelli; D10. I had to put up a review. When I walked in, I was welcomed. I was getting lunch to go. I was offered a seat. I was offered something to drink while I waited. The food came out quickly. It was also beautifully presented and delicious. Thank you! I’ll be back again!

This place seems to be pretty original as far as the food goes. Went in to have the well-known Pho Korean soup, but they all contain some form of beef and I don’t eat meat. However, they have a large menu and I found something quite good to eat. Their coconut smoothie was awesome! The atmosphere could use some serious help… I think this could be very good, but since I couldn’t get to taste their Pho soup, it remains to be seen by the experts. Give it a try!

Normally get all great food (pho). Today the shrimp rolls were a disaster. Small slices of shrimp that were extremely dry. Also tell whoever put this to go order in the plastic that they don’t have too pull the knot so very tight that it can’t be opened without scissors or a knife. No need for it to be that tight.

Pho was amazing, however I would have liked more meats. Food was super quick. All came out pretty much at once, granted we were the only ones in there at the time. Chicken fried rice wasnt the most flavorful, but it was fresh and cooked perfectly and sometimes its the best kind that way. From experience with having so many fried rice, if it wasnt good, kids just wont eat much but they loved it. Had a beef stirfry with bukchoy and it was nice. You can tell it was cooked with extra love and the flavor was amazing. Service was pretty good too. The place can use some renovation. Was a little dirty and a fly kept bothering us. But based on taste and overall experience, Im impressed and I know where to go if Im super hungry because by the way, the portions were pretty big.
