I have ordered from this place years ago, not sure why I haven’t been back. But today I ordered 4 meals for the family. The problem is the lettuce is badly browned on 2 burrito bowls. I can’t understand why they would put this bad lettuce on a meal to ruin it. They could have just said we don’t have any lettuce, I would have been ok with that.

Its hit or miss! I have only had the tacos here so I cannot speak to the other menu items. My typical order is for beef soft shell, corn tacos usually on taco Tuesdays. (All tacos for $2.00.) Their beef tacos are usually consistent. I would say they are good, but not great. The seasoning is mild with a slight hint of sweetness. The toppings a bit on the sparse side—lettuce tomatoes and cheese. The chicken tacos however, I tend to stay away from. The times that I have tried them, the chicken tends to be dry and tough. I’m guessing they prepare it in batches and not freshly prepared to order. I have tried the hard shell tacos. Those are a bit too hard by my standards, they are not bad tasting, just a tad too thick. The service and decor is good but nothing necessarily to right home about.

EVERYTHING about this place was amazing! Customer service was very personable. Spoke english, helpful with food choice. You can tell they make everything fresh. The flavors were on point! We ordered chicken and shrimp fijatis, steak tacos on corn, beans and rice. Out of all the places we have ever been, I will drive the 25 mins over and over again for more Whata tacos!

You order at the counter with the option of dining in or take out. Service was fast and friendly. We appreciated the fact that the manager had the kitchen clean the grill for my husband’s shellfish allergy. The food was delicious and we would absolutely return. I had the steak tacos and my husband had the bistec a la Mexicana. He couldn’t finish it because the portion was huge
