What a burger!! Just like I remembered when I worked in Texas. Generous sized burgers (with no ketchup), great fries and wide selection of drinks at a good price. For those ketchup lovers they offer both standard and hot ketchups for your fries. I like their hamburgers (offer in 1,2,3 patty versions). I had the Sweet and Spicy Bacon burger and it was so big I could hardly finish it….My son had a standard burger and wife the Patty melt sandwich. Atmosphere is nice and modern. One orders at the counter and the food is bought out to you. Leaving to the restaurant requires crossing a 4 lane shopping center entrance road. Tricky on a full stomach. Service was a little slow, but we’ll worth the wait. I understand it a new store.

Overall, I was underwhelmed by this place. Since it was my first visit, I decided to dine in. It was absolutely freezing inside, so I’m not sure I’d dine in again. Every time I’ve tried to go previously, the wait has been too long so this time I went in the middle of the day and it was relatively slow. Even though it wasn’t packed, the service was pretty slow and then my order was incorrect. I had to wait a while longer for someone to help me to correct it. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, fries, and an apple pie. The sandwich was good but the fries were not. They were too salty. They also weren’t hot.Maybe if they’d been hot, I would have liked them more. The apple pie was pretty good. The people with me ordered burgers, onion rings, and a cinnamon roll. The burgers are large and were just okay, not great. The onion rings weren’t good. No flavor. The cinnamon roll was also good. I may try it one more time, to try the breakfast.

The food was good, and the line wasn’t bad, however I really have to note how excellent it was interacting with the staff. The cashier had accidentally charged my card for the order of the car behind me, which I saw as an honest mistake. I chose not to reverse it despite the cashier profusely apologizing and asking if I’d like a refund. Despite the fact that I was not at all upset about this, the staff gave me additional items as a courtesy for their mistake. They are a prime example of integrity and excellence in my opinion and they should be proud of that. (8/28 4:40pm)

Whataburger was always one of those little traditions when we eat at on Florida vacations. We were very excited to see the location opening here. The times we’ve been here the food has been very mediocre. From a service perspective It is insanely slow. My trip tonight there were nine cars in front of me at the drive-through and it took 60 minutes to get our food. Bear in mind this location has two lanes so technically it would be 18 cars but that’s still pretty weak. How could it possibly take almost 3 minutes for each car? We were hoping it was just opening/training issue but feels like this is going to be a permanent problem. The staff has certainly been friendly when placing the order but you definitely don’t get the feeling a sense of urgency is part of the culture. We watched our drinks sit in the window for 30 minutes (yes literally 30 minutes for four cars to move forward so we can see the window clearly). When we asked if she would mind making us a fresh one, so they wouldn’t be water down. She did, but leered at me and refused to say another word to me while I waited another five minutes for food.

My children have been wanting to try Whataburger since they opened and I finally caved. Restaurant was clean (we were there around 11am mid week), staff was polite, food left a lot to be desired. I’m not a fan of hamburgers so I ordered the ranch salad with spicy chicken. Chicken wasn’t very spicy and the salad was average- other fast food restaurants have better salad options. My children all got burgers, some fries some onion rings. Fries were hot and decent, same with the onion rings. Burgers were average, nothing special, its was disappointing.

This is the most disgusting place I have ever visited. Customer service is horrible. The kitchen people are working slower than a turtle. Everyone in the kitchen was chatting and on their cell phones. If you want to try it, do it at your own risk. By the way it took over 30 minutes to get the food and also the sandwich was squashed and cold.

Terrible terrible! My food was cold and I had asked for no tomatoes and still got them. The woman at the window was so rude. She kept sighing and just acted annoyed the entire time and you could tell she didn’t want to be there. It took more than 45 minutes to get my food with 3 cars ahead of me. My first and last trip here.

This is one childhood “favorate” that I thought was gone forever. I was coming from the Mall of Ga this Saturday afternoon & trying to think what’s “next” for me?? And I look over to see this and was really Excited!!! Had to go over for this!! But quickly found myself in the line from Hell! Line of cars around the block with two armed security guards directing traffic. The black guy directed me in the wrong direction! Had to turn around and drive out of shopping plaza and get back in line. Still not deterred. He kept yelling..”keep movin”.. to all the cars. It was kind of annoying. But he still did a pretty good job. Here’s the skinny… It took me exactly 60 minutes to get through this drive through and get my food. Chic-Fil-A could move the same amount of cars in about 10 – 15 minutes. But they have it down to a “science” since the pandemic. The food scores are below:

I came here 7-7-23 ….for lunch Fatimah took my order. The Service was great the atmosphere is nice the employees are great Estephani was especially helpful. The staff is knowledgeable courteous and helpful. I met with manager Marcus to compliment the business even though he was extremely busy he made it a priority to come see me . I had a Whataburger with cheese ..with Large fries and a Banana Pudding Milkshake ( which was to die for). …..Good job whataburger …my first experience was a hit ….I will be back
