The wait on the inside was incredibly long. Im talking 5 minutes before ordering & then 15 minutes for our food. We didn’t get the condiments we paid for and when I asked for them they said I had to pay for them, I said I did?

We were the first car in line with a second car coming in 5 minutes after we ordered and at the window (7:30pm)… still waited 15 minutes for 3 burgers and drinks, and the car behind ours food came out before ours. Not to mention when we got home, they forgot the cheese on 2 of the burgers. I don’t expect much from fast food, doesn’t have to be pretty, but needs to be what I order and warm…

Yikes. This place needs some help, badly. First off, they got mine and the gentleman in front of me orders wrong. I unfortunately didnt catch mine until I got home with it and had to go back. When this was brought to their attention, they were rude about it. They also told me to keep the wrong sandwich, and when I told them they could just pitch it because nobody is going to eat it, they suggested I throw it away, but not in the garbage by the counter because it was full. I told them I would let them handle throwing it away and they pointed to another trash can on the other side of the restaurant and told me to take it there.

This specific Whataburger operates similarly to how most chik-fil-a are run now days, where you have large lines all for take-out, a person outside that takes orders/manages payment, and then you pick up your order on the way out.

We are so excited having our own Whataburger in the area. It’s because it’s so new the wait time is really not great, so we try our best to go when it’s less busy so that we don’t wait long time. The burgers are great, the chicken strips with Gravy is one of our fav! The service is okay, the staff are friendly and they do their best to accommodate and serve everyone! So kuddos to them! Regardless, we still loves Whataburger!

Don’t know so much about the service; my friend picked it up and brought it back to work. My food was really good; the burger was great and the condiments were fresh! Even thought the fries were a little cold, they were good too! Much better than most fast food places; we’ll be back!

wow. just wow. I really don’t leave bad reviews, but this one about deserved it. this is a brand new Whataburger in our area and it stinks! we’ve been here a few times before and it was okay, but this time really lit the fire. food was okay, but in the kids meal there was no fruit snacks, moms meal had no onions (she asked for extra) and no cheese on dad’s burger. plus, mom only got 4 onion rings. the food was good, though.
