Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

This location was fast with service and the staff was very friendly. My mother and I were traveling from Texas to Florida. We stopped around 2:30am. for a quick bite and got back on the road. We enjoyed the breakfast taquito that was very fresh and delicious. Thanks to this location for getting us back on the road fast. Clean and safe location even at 2:30am!!! We stopped at this restaurant because it was very busy. Normally this means the food is good.There was a mixup with the cash register about my food and the manager Rachel very quickly fixed the problem. She even gave me a free milkshake. I was very happy with the food and would eat there again. Rachel did an excellent job of handling the problem. I would recommend this restaurant.

An all around lousy experience and wasted money. Decided to try Whataburger for the first time and it definitely should be called what a disappointment! For $12 I expected better. Staff seemed like they hate their job. Dining area had dirty tables and trash under them.

Our food was so amazing! It tasted like it was actually made with love. Everything was put together so well and the cashier (drive thru) was extremely nice. It felt like the whole crew working loved their job. We were so impressed! Objectively, the best experiences we’ve had at a Whataburger ever. Kindness, patience, taste, everything! The wait was exceptionally long, but only because of a slowdown on the highway out front. Customer service was excellent, there was a staff member assigned to keep the lobby clean, and the food came out well prepared. Great job guys!

On my most recent trip, I was here twice–once for breakfast and once for lunch. I enjoyed a double Whataburger w/ cheese and fries which were very good. For my breakfast trip, I had two jalapeno cheddar biscuits with sausage and egg. Those are amazing!
