For all the hubbub, I guess I expected more. By “more”, I don’t mean larger portions. I left uncomfortably satiated. More specifically, I mean that I expected bolder flavor, a special….. something. The burger was stacked high and the fries were fresh and crisp. I just thought there would be something more notable than the delicious spicy ketchup.

Came here today for the first time in Springfield. We’ve been to the one in Broken Arrow OK… The one in Springfield is definitely smaller dining area.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was in the drive-thru line for 55 minutes waiting for FAST food. If I had the option of getting out of line I would have, however as you can see by the photo we were blocked in by a second lane of cars ordering food. The second lane also has no choice to leave, as there is a large curb preventing your escape. What is going on? Did the cook go on strike? I have kids in the car SCREAMING. A suggestion, notify the people ordering what is happening, why you are so backed up and direct traffic out if they wish to leave. It’s better to disappoint your customers by being honest and giving them an option to stay or leave vs locking them in line, this is a much bigger disappointment and poor trouble shooting skills.

August 2023 this is a new restaurant I think they are still figuring things out. Took over 20 minutes to recover my one order. While waiting inside several people came in who had gone through the drive through with their complaints because their order was wrong. Honestly food is not any better than other fast food chain restaurants. I do not recommend breakfast items, stick to regular menu items.

Well first trying it and I can definitely say I won’t and several of my family won’t be back. First off they served are table the wrong order twice that was other people’s food then by the third time we got our food. Fries were okay but the hamburgers were nothing special very bland. Then on top of it I was trying to figure out why my hamburger had a big bulge the in the middle well there was a big core of lettuce on it not me but my brother in law had one on his hamburger to i even got pictures of too. Culver’s is the best place for hamburgers trust me!!

Had to wait a few minutes for the off-the-clock employee to finish their conversation with the cashier before we could order. The food took over 15 minutes to come out and was so salty I couldn’t eat it.

I grew up on Whataburger in Texas. I was very disappointed in an order that we had 2 weeks ago. I called and explained what they had done wrong and they told me they would make it right the next time I was in town. Well that was today and they did make it right! The double cheeseburger was fabulous as always.

Ordered on the app and my complete order was wrong when I got home. I ordered 8 combos( including 2 kids) and when I say everything was wrong and I didn’t get all of my order I mean burgers that were supposed to have BBQ sauce and bacon and cheese no sauce. 3 combos didn’t have their fries or drinks. And when I called to complain and talk with someone about it nobody answered the phone. Save your money or better yet just go to Sonic.
