It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. Waited for almost 1 hour through drive thru. Was on the right side lane and kept seeing cars pass through the left side getting their order. A line of cars behind me and the person at the window would just stare at us. I decide to go inside only to find out that we should’ve moved to the left side lane. The person that took our order never said anything. There was chaos inside too. A bunch of people just standing there waiting for their orders. Others sitting down with no order. I asked for a manager and they had no clue what my order was. It’s a complete mess, extremely unorganized, and no customer service at all. Don’t go there. You will be wasting your time.

We have eaten at several Whataburgers before but have NEVER experienced such SLOW service… 30 minutes for 2 standard burger combos. It wasn’t just our order, it was several orders ahead of ours and every one behind. It got to the point that several people requested a complete refund so they could go somewhere else and order food. The manager didn’t seem to care either, she gladly refunded the customers without so much as trying to correct the problem. Have no plans of ever stopping at this store again.

Made a mobile order. And it was suppose to be ready at 6:04pm. And my daughter was there at 6:10pm and it’s now 6:54pm and still haven’t gotten our food. Mind you she has groceries in the car. Whataburger is a joke. They need better managers and workers. We called the store and the person who answer just said hello. Didn’t even say that it was whataburger. I’m now on. The phone with the home office and have been on hold for more than 10 minutes hhhmmmm seems like it starts at the office. I will no longer eat at any whataburger restaurant. This is absolutely horrible

The food was great but the main problem was the time and the amount of times they made a mistake. It’s called fast food yet it took 30 minutes to prepare 3 sandwiches and on top of that they made 5 mistakes on other orders.

Just left the place Dirty! Line of people from register to door. A lot of people just waiting for a long time. Ask for fresh burger cheese not melted which indicates it wasn’t. Aliyah was working as was the older slender guy. Everyone else hiding out in the back with a lot of people just waiting. As a black man was EMBARRASSED by lack of attention to customers no urgency. Bad work ethic people just showing up for a check NO PRIDE in what you do! Girl at register instead of tending to the 15-20 customers deciding it was time for a smoke break. Embarrassing and the owner is getting robbed blind. I live in the DFW area and this Whataburger needs it name removed immediately!

tyler trahan is quite litterally the worst employee around. he spilled our drink while forking around. when he went to clean it up his dirty ahh hey dudes were leaving his mark on the territory. ugh when he gets fired let me know that way i can come back and enjoy my time at this fine establishment❤️

What the Fork! Christian Eguia was the WORST with customer service, he spilled his own drink on my BFF, that was not okay!!!!! The nerve that this man (boy) has is ASTRONOMICAL !!!. Whenever he gets Forked off the team please let me know so I can gobble gobble munch munch on my favorite number 2 with no onions LOL

Food was good Whataburger food, kinda hard to screw it up. The service sucks. Same as the one in town. No courtesy, no politeness, no work ethic, no willingness to do their jobs. It’s unreal the people fast food places are hiring. Slow and rude, nothing more nothing less. Go to Wendy’s, their people are nicer and work hard like their supposed to.
