It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. This store is new and everything was great! Took a little while to get our food but not too long. Definitely try the onion rings!! The spicy ketup was yummy. The place was very clean and the staff was super friendly. Clean bathroom too. Only thing I’d do different is get mayo on my cheeseburger, they all come with mustard unless you specify.

We stopped here on a Saturday supper time and we’re serviced quickly. It’s a nice clean establishment and the price and quality of food seemed reasonable. Definitely a piece of history from the past. Restaurant was very clean, even the bathrooms.

I didn’t have my wallet when I visited, I told them to cancel the order and I would place it on the app, they agreed. I downloaded the app, placed my order, and got my food. Everything was correct and good. Honey butter chicken biscuit has been my favorite item since I lived in Dallas.

Only thing I can say was the burger size was bigger than other places, the staff I encountered were pleasant and knowledgeable. But the burger was cold the bun smashed asked for no onions but there were some on it (seemed as though they tried to pick them off but left a few). Ordered sweet tea, got unsweet. For the price definitely not impressed at all. I will not eat at this location again.

I visited whataburger on Sunday night through Drive Thru, it was a very busy night but Latashia was so patient and respectful to me and my large group of friends, we had ordered sooo much stuff but she made sure we got it in a timely matter and that our entire order was correct. She had a positive attitude, a big smile on her face and great customer service. I have to visit again and hopefully she is there so I can personally thank her.

Whether I go inside or drive thru, I always have some problem here in ElDorado, AR. The food is OK but with service here, it has to be a managerial problem. And I’ve heard hundreds of unfair business practices coming from higher up the management line. I’d rather take the drove to Magnolia than eat here with the way they treat the workers here.

I have to say the food was really good but the portion sizes just don’t live up to the Whataburger name. They are know for their large burgers and fries but now it’s a very small burger and tiny fries. The prices are reasonable in comparison with other fast food restaurants. I was disappointed because I expected it to be like it used to.
