Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Had an awesome visit as usual, to the stateline location. Food was good and fresh. Service was great and multiple staff members spoke and were so polite. It was just an all around great visit. The atmosphere was great as well. Everyone was laughing and joking but was handling business. Its nice to see a staff and manager working hard and enjoying what they were doing. Team work was great.

Absolutely Loved My Special Whataburger Made Just As I Ordered. Excellent Service. Friendly, Smiled With A Thank You And Come Back, Doubled Checked My Order Just To Make Sure, And It Was Perfect. Food Temperature Was Correct, Fresh, Hot Fries, Delicious Milk Shake. The Staff Was Very Busy, Store Was Clean, A Few Table’s Needed Cleaned, Bathroom’s Spotless. Customer Service Excellent. Manager On Duty Was On Top Of Her Game. Awesome Supper.

Don’t go here late at night smh. The last 3 visits where we ordered food online at night and my husband went to pick it up, our orders were all wrong! & I don’t mean just 1 or 2 items wrong, but the whole order was wrong. We were already exhausted so we refused to take the food back the last time and just ate it. Maybe the night shift just doesn’t care or idk what their deal is but we have not been back in months & don’t plan on ever returning. I gave 2 stars because the 2 times that they did get our orders correct, the food was pretty decent! There just needs to be some consistency with their customer service.

I had a Whataburger 20 years ago and it was awesome back then, that is why I made an off the beaten path of the destination I was heading too decision to have dinner at Whataburger and folks let me you tell you What…it was just as good as I remember…people at Whataburger corporate keep expanding into Colorado…get a location in Aurora or Denver!!

Amazing! Coming through from Texas heading to Michigan. We never heard of this place but wanted to try it before leaving Texas Huge! So much bigger then McDonald’s or whopper, wish I could place them side by side in the picture to show the size difference Onion rings are awesome like 100% better then other. Nice golden batter dipped and crispy.

Stopped by on our way to Houston to visit our son. We had not been to a Whataburger for 4 years so we wanted to renew our bond. The food and service was still great but the prices have risen quite a bit. Good place to stop when you need something fast.

Who ever is taking orders through the drive though on aug 26th around 1245 pm is absolutely terrible. Completely obvious she hates her job. Felt ridiculed over our order. Was she kicked out if whataburger university?

I’d like to start by saying I love Whataburger. It’s my go to burger place, however, not this location. We stopped for the night on our way home and picked up through drive thru and took back to the hotel. While my order was right, my wife’s order was incorrect. Her order was a patty melt with no onion. Her patty melt was still raw inside. Now I work in the restaurant industry so I know everyone makes mistakes, no big deal. I go back to the restaurant and the manager apologized and said they would make a new one. BTW the order was rung up correctly. She hands it too me and apologized again. Get back to hotel and the burger was cooked fine, but had onions on it. I was not driving back to the store for a 3rd time so she had to do her best to scrape off the onions.
