As a self proclaimed Whataburger expert (from Texas and have dined at plenty of different Whataburgers) this one is on par with any of them. For just opening, this store had the food out super fast and hot. Tasted just like the stores from the home state.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I understand being new and taking longer to get orders but waiting over 1 hour in the drive and not ordering at all is absurd. I called and it sounded like a high school little girl laughing about making people wait long. This business will fail quick if they don’t get the workers and time management under control.

Haven’t even been to this location yet but leaving a good review bc people are rating off the first 24-48 hours being open. This franchise is huge and overwhelming for at least a few weeks being opened. Give them grace!!! If you don’t want to wait, go back once it calms down later. Whataburger is great & so glad they’ve branched out into Central AR!

I mean I don’t know where to really start. Burger and bun was great, fries sub par. There is something wrong with the drinks the cokes and water. They smell funny and taste weird. If you only want the burgers then you will have a good time here but nothing else.. sorry guys..

Glad to have a location close to Conway. This restaurant just opened. To all of the people running to Google to complain about your wait time in the drive thru, please give them some grace. They are a brand new team. This is to be expected anywhere. I hope you all come back to edit your reviews after the newness has worn off.

Waited 35 minutes for 6 cars in front of me. Once I got to the drive thru to order, 4 cars from the other lane were serviced instead of me. I had to approach the window and let them know that half of the drive thru was not being serviced. 5 minutes later a manager came out to take my order. I decided not to order anything. From 10:10am to 10:55 am without food. It’s not worth the wait. The staff seems incapable of providing expedient service so why trust them with the actual preparation of food. The manager seemed disinterested with providing a resolution other than taking my order. Fast food should not take 10-15 minutes per order.

Bad sevice!! They gave me pancakes with no syrup, and when i been sitting there for 10 min i get off the car to ask for it since ig they forgot about me in the drive thru then they gonna think its funny cuz they forgot like Bii!!

We.did dine in, as all of maumelle was in the drive thru lol! Good service at the register. The cashier actually smiled and greeted me. The order was delivered to our table, hot, fresh, and correct! The young lady bringing out the food from the back was hustling, cheerful, and quite refreshing compared to many fast food locations around this area. We are thrilled that we have a place to go eat after 8pm when most of Maumelle pulls in the sidewalks. David’s Burgers will go under in Maumelle if they don’t modify their hours to stay open longer.
