Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. Line was out the door with one person on the register. They were absolutely trying to get it done but the store seems as depressed as it did when I worked there when it opened. A manager was in the back yelling about how quiet it was in there and all of the tables were dirty. A woman requested hers to be cleaned and the manager came over and sprayed chemicals all over the table while she was sitting there.

This is a good restaurant… when they wanna be. I don’t know if it’s their staff or their outside radio but everytime. And I say with honesty why I say I gave them 3 chances. Everytime I went in the evening for late night food, they messed it up and everytime I’d have to go and finish making the burger at home bc they do not listen. I ask for simple things like no mustard and then they just give me a plain dry burger.

First time taking my kids through this drive through and what a disappointment! The lady was so rude to us. She couldn’t get our order right and was getting frustrated. Then she asked me if I wanted any sauces , I clearly said a couple and rudely she said 1, 2 ,3 or 4. I nicely said just a couple and she actually got mad. When we got to her to pay she was still not happy and as she handed me back my credit card I said thank you and she looked at me and actually shut the window on me. I looked at her and said , I said thank you ma’am and drove away.when we got to pick up our food, it wasn’t bad however it was messed up. She still didn’t get our order right. Her name was Katrina, and that being our first time, and dealing with hurricane Katrina, we will never go back again! I’m in customer service and definitely don’t treat my customers like that ever! I want them to feel welcomed and comfortable!

This was my first burger from Whataburger. I wanted the signature burger to see what it was like. It was large and good, but not outstanding. I enjoyed the fries & felt the drink was very generous. I will try another burger.

OMG! They have such a great jalapeño cheeseburger, it is a definite stop for lunch or dinner! Fries MUST be eaten right away as they are best very hot, and are delicious. Go there! Fries do not need ketchup of any kind, it will spoil the natural taste.

While traveling we found this gem , wr grew up in texas eating at whataburger all the time was very happy and pleased with the burger ,fries and milkshake I didn’t need. Good times and good memories were refreshed by this stop. Food was great service was great and our timing missed the lunch rush. You will not be disappointed
