There are a lot of bad reviews and i used to have a bad review about this Whataburger too but i think a good review should be given too when they have improved their service so much, i usually order from this place once a week and they have really surprised me with the efficiency and speed they are doing things now, when I go to get my order I don’t wait even 5 minutes and my food it’s always hot, one day it wasn’t that hot but I think I waited so much to go get my food and from that day on I go as soon as I put my order and is always ready, hot and ready to go, there’s small things that sometimes happen like they forgot to put like ketchup or napkins but that’s why always check my order to see if everything is right and most of the time it is so thank you Whataburger for improving your customer service. Keep the good work!

This whataburger is terrible! I have never had an issue with whataburger until they built this location. Tonight I received a RAW burger RAW that is gross and can make someone really sick. The customer service is also awful asked for ketchup was screamed at that their were 2 in the bag (which were spicy and not what I wanted) then the girl slammed the window shut and turned around while I was asking for regular ketchup. This location needs training bad.

The food is good, but the bathroom changing tables are screwed shut. Our 2 month old daughter needed to be changed so her dad went to go take care of it. He came back and said the table was screwed shut, so I took her and that one was screwed shut too. Super inconvenient. I would’ve taken a picture but didn’t think about it until we left.

I just visited this place and the guy takes my card to pay and then I looked at it. I said I didn’t order any drinks, but was charged for them. So I handed the guy back my card and receipt to get it right. Well he comes back and hands my food out the window with my card, but no receipt. I think he must have put it one of the bags. I pulled out and got home with no receipt in bag. I have not a clue if he made it right and he never mentioned it either when he hand food to me. He should taken of the over charge before the food was handed out the window! This is upsetting to me.

My gosh I can’t BELIEVE the service my husband and I just received here- (9:26pm on Tuesday 7/25) we pull up to the drive thru, waited and had to say hello for them to even tell us to hang on for a minute when had been waiting for atleast 5 already. We ordered, all was fine until, the lady coming out to scan our card for payment, swiped the card, didn’t even make eye contact with my husband and stated, “okay” then walked off. A few minutes later she came back with a bag of drinks handed them over and said, “here,” then walked off again. When coming back with our food she basically THREW the bag into the window and stated, “ here ya go, KAYLEE,” to my husband. (That was the name for the order I do the ordering) I understand people have bad days, sure, but BASICALLY THROW FOOD INTO MY CAR AT MY HUSBAND?! What in the world is wrong with you lady? If my kid and my husband weren’t with me I would have went absolutely insane. Wish I would have gotten her name, but I will be calling management over this one. I’m not a “Karen” I don’t like complaining about people like this but don’t mess with my family. My husband is the kindest soul on the planet and it upset him. Food was fabulous as usual**

This location never disappoints. Sometimes the order can take a little longer than expected, but the food is fresh and the order is accurate. The staff is pretty friendly, one guy named KC is always exceptionally kind to us, and I’ve seen him work the drive thru, carry out and order at the front register. Definitely the only Whataburger my family and I go to!

Worst whatburger I have been , service not all just teens talking among their friends coming thru, giving the wrong orders ,cold fries , and soda machine not working , after you just payed for a full meal with a drink.
