It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

First they charged 25.00 for grilled chicken sandwich we had to. Run back because they forgot it. Second my BBQ chicken sandwich was awful ols oil soggy toasted bread they threw sauce on was unedible. Terrible service.

Had a large order for pick up. Staff was very friendly. When we left, the manager called to tell us that we left our salad. When we came back, the young lady that brought it to us was very pleasant and had a smile on her face. We will definitely be back.

Extremely long wait in drive-thru line, after placing order…almost 15 minutes. Finally left without food as I was 3 cars back from front of line. Just didn’t feel like waiting any longer for a simple burger & fries order. Have had slow order from there before , just not that slow.

Order was completely wrong. Food was mediocre and the young lady working the drive through spoke so fast we couldn’t understand her. We ordered 2 drinks and 2 burgers. We got full meals and was charged for full meal. The last two times we have been there it was like this. No need for us to go back.

Check your bag before you leave this location. We asked for bbq sauce, and we were charged for it; when we got home, there was no bbq sauce in our bag. We paid for something we didn’t receive. This is not the first time our order here has been wrong at this location. Often, we are missing something from our order here, but by the time we get home, it is too late to do anything about it.

Order was totally wrong today. Asked for mayo and got mustard, asked for jalapenos, didn’t get any, asked for NO onions and got a ton of those. They were also not prompt at all, I sat there way too long. Very disappointed.

I’ve been so patient with this whataburger but I’m officially done! You can remind them 3 times at the window for ketchup, they lie and say it’s in the bag only to not have any. Fine, I’ll use my own even though it’s not the same. But today the lady argued with my husband that we did not order a large drink. We did! It’s right there on the online order! Large fanta! So not only did I not get my drink or ketchup but my taquito didn’t have cheese on it either. I basically paid almost $10 for a dry taquito that I had to force down, didn’t eat my fries because shocker, no ketchup again and I’m out at home! And no fanta to wash my dry taquito down with. I’m tired of having to go back up there every time they mess up too. This whataburger no longer exists to me.
