It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Burger was wrong… Fry container was filled half way but yet I got 8 packets of ketchup… I guess one for each fry… Drink was wrong and no straw… Won’t be back… But then again.. That’s par for the course for Whataburger these days.

Every time that I go to this place, my order is always wrong and rushed out today. My order was wrong again I ordered a sweet and spicy bacon burger meal with no cheese with an onion ring instead of giving me onion rings they gave me fries and when I asked for my large onion rings, they gave me another batch of large fries. Time stamped 7:19 PM, 7/2/2023 order 363970 in the lady giving out the food seems to have a little attitude and cannot comprehend before you hire people please go through a basic personality check. There are decent people ready to work and would love to take your place a little lady.

This was one of the cleanest, fastest Whataburgers we have been to. The food was hot and fresh. The restaurant was clean and tidy. The sevice quick and friendly. One of the servers came and opened the door for us. It was a good breakfast visit. We had a breakfast on a bun and a sausage biscuit. Both were hot and fresh.

This place started out great but it recently has gotten horrible. The last three times I came inside to the dining area there is a long wait. Not because people are being helped but instead NO ONE comes to the front. Tonight I came in and stood in line for 15 minutes before someone decided to peek out. I would have normally left but I wanted to see how they would respond. People were standing for to go orders that were ready but just sitting on the counter. Occasionally a worker would come out but they would go right back to the kitchen. How can Whataburger not know how bad it is. I t May be only the night hours after 7pm. I felt bad for the people whose food was sitting there for over 15 minutes and got cold. I asked the girl at the register why everyone had to wait so long and a blank uncaring face looked back. A guy named Evan had to come out from the back a fix a register mistake for her. He looked even more uncaring than her. Any of the workers could have pointed out there is a lot of people waiting. It seems the drive through was their main focus or at least it appeared that way since they were in the back. Like I said this is not an isolated situation here. I ran in to the couple that had cold food sitting for 20 minutes and they were not offered fresh food. Shame on you Whataburger for treating your patrons this way.

The employees at this restaurant move like snails. I placed a simple breakfast order 25 minutes ago inside the restaurant and still have not received my order. This has allowed me the time to leave a scathing review. It’s only April but I imagine I’ll still be sitting here come 4th of July. Save your time, don’t come here. There’s a Chick Fil A next door that works very efficiently.

The food was fresh, hot and tasty, as usual. We go to this Whataburger fairly often. We only do drive-thru so the atmosphere score is just a guess comparing it to the drive-thru. The service is fast, and the employees are efficient and pleasant.

Placed order on app for curbside pickup, food and service were good but one of the burgers was missing pickles even though I asked for extra , and no napkins or ketchup either, when food was given worker had airpod on and didn’t even bother asking if we needed any ketchup or napkins, just handed bag and a very low (could barley hear ) thank you …
