It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

The service was fine especially from the manager when I got a refund, but our taquitos were COVERED in salt to the point that they literally felt sandy and then the drinks (a Dr pepper and sprite) were off too. 5 out of 5 items were inedible

The floor is Uber slick. Lucky not to fall and break your neck. I told the lady behind the counter on April 21st 2023 that it was dangerous. She said the problem is they used the wrong tile and it doesn’t have texture. She said she told management but they won’t do anything about it. One guy already fell. UPDATE: Went in again July 13. Ordered four milkshakes. After 15 minutes I asked for my milkshakes. Nobody noticed the order. Got three. Where’s my 4th. We’re out of Strawberry. Fine, give me chocolate. Another 10 minutes. I go back up there for the third time. Never had anyone been at the register and they are all in the back. Flag someone down. There out of ice cream so it will be another ten minutes. 40 minutes for a shake? Got my refund. Three other people also asked for refunds because waited forever.

By far the slowest drive thru in all of Texas. I have to come here multiple times a week and it’s always a guaranteed minimum 15 to 20 minute wait time . I wouldn’t come here except I have a client that demands this place. Food is good but not worth the wait.
