The sweet and spicy burger is very recommended . Look for the limited time burgers that are also really good. Shakes are good, try the limited flavors first! A change from the traditional flavors is always good .

I have been to this location a grand total of 5 times. The drive-through is great. Fast service, hot food, and even if the person taking my order isn’t always the friendliest, I’ve never had them be rude either. Now that being said of my five trips, two of them I ordered on the app and waited curbside. The first experience on the app I could understand. Peak lunch rush on a Thursday they were busy. The order took a few extra minutes and right when I was wondering if I should go in or call them, they brought it out. Tonight though (6/5/23), it was no reason I could tell. I parked my car, selected my number and started my wait. About 15 minutes in, I look in the rear view mirror to see about 5 employees chatting having a good time near the bathrooms. At this point my order should have been ready 4-5 mins prior. I thought “no big deal, the drive-through is moving still and it shouldn’t be too long.”. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Another 5 mins and I decide I’m gonna go check on it. Their lobby is closed so I headed back to car. 5 more mins, for a total of 20 after my order should be ready, and the same 5 employees are still by the bathroom without any sight of my order. I decided I was going to call them. It rings for a short time and a young lady, who I now know was the manager, answered. I inquired about the order status and while I wasn’t jovial I wasn’t rude either. She informed me she would check on it. Within 3 minutes after that short call she brought my order herself. The patty melt was fresh off the grill and fries right out of the fryer. The whole time I waited, the drive through was going and the employees by the bathroom were chatting. Granted they could have been done with their shift but waiting 30 minutes for an order curbside when it should have taken 5-7 is a little excessive. If your going to offer curbside pickup, respond to the order. Don’t make them a last priority to the point they have to come and ask for their food or call and hope someone picks up so they can get it.

Didn’t get half the stuff we paid for, idiots can’t read menu tickets apparently, with it being 1am and only visiting trying to get to the hotel, we were in a rush. Everything was ordered online through the app, so it wasn’t like they missed something by verbal order at the speaker. No one in fast food deserves over minimum wage if you can’t get orders right…believe that

Best WB I’ve been to, hands down. There are a few EV chargers in front, which is why we made the stop, but Alvin G is why I’m so glad we did. His service was exceptional and the restaurant was also very clean. Our food also came out quick!! Note: it was lunchtime on a Saturday.

Pretty sure l lost points due to their incompetence…. Don’t know how much clearer I could have been on my order and what I wanted because I was trying to redeem points for a sweet and spicy bacon burger and it took four people to get this done… Clearly don’t know how to use the app in the store and I can’t go through the drive-thru until after 10:00 p.m…. Y’all need to do better.

When this whataburger first opened it was great. Fast service and fresh food. Now, it’s slow service and some what warm food. I don’t mind waiting but, my food better be hot and fresh. Every time I come to this location there gravy is all watery. Lesley o. The cashier said we’ll we are busy that the gravy takes awhile to thicken . She said we’ll we under staffed. So, that right says that G.m. James chandler doesn’t care about his staff nor his restaurant. I’ve been to other locations before that are way more busier and, yet they provide fast service and fresh hot food.

The person at the register wasn’t friendly, didn’t acknowledge or alert me that they were ready to take my order. At the time I purchased food here, it was slow and employees were standing around. If an employee only wants to giggle, smile and laugh with coworkers but gives customers a stone face then they should probably pick a job that they don’t have to talk to people.
